The Honest Choice

Brian was excellent to work with. He did not sugarcoat anything or give me false hope. Upon my case review, Brian suggested I take the plea and not give him more funds to proceed to trial. Most attorneys would have just taken my money. He listened to my concerns and negotiated a plea and the wordi...ng of my charge to my content. I would highly recommend Brian to my friends and family .

Best DUI lawyer

I recently got arrested for a dui, and was going to be charged with three counts of dui with one of those three being an extreme dui. I called around town, and spoke to five other Attorneys who each wanted to charge around $9,000 to take my case. I did some research online, and was able to find Attor...ney Brian Sloan. I saw nothing but good reviews online so I scheduled a consultation. Brian not only charged less than half of what the other lawyers wanted, but was the only Attorney I met with that seemed to take genuine interest in my case, and was straight forward with what he thought would be the best options for me. Throughout the whole case Brian kept me updated with everything i needed to know, and would always respond to any questions I had. I am more then happy with the results of my case, Brian was able to arrange a plea agreement that dropped two of the three dui charges including the extreme dui. Not only did I pay less then half of what other lawyers wanted, but I also came out of this ordeal with only a dui to the slightest degree charge. I would recommend Brian Sloan to anyone dealing with a dui that wants a lawyer that is going deliver superior results at a fraction of the cost of other Attorneys.

Look no further. Problem solved.

I was picked up on a 2nd DUI offense that fell within the seven year time frame. Pretty serious charge. Looked at several lawyers, and there was only one that I felt was good enough. I was right. Brian Sloan is an expert in the field. He isn't going to make promises, he tells you like it is, but can ...put you at ease. I never needed to attend court except the last date. His mastery of negotiating got the charge dropped to a first offense. This was in a jurisdiction where something like that is almost impossible. Couldn't believe it at first. I'm very grateful for his hard work and dedication. Should you find yourself facing a DUI charge, just call Brian, and leave the rest to him. You really need not look any further. Definitely a 10 out of 10 ranking question. You won't be left in the dark. He responds to all texts, calls and emails. Hands down the best.

Best DUI Counsel, Highly Recommend

After getting a DUI and being terrified and not sure what to do I consulted several attorneys.
