Highly Recommend

The night of my best friend's wedding, I was pulled over and arrested for suspicion of a DUI. I was scared out of my mind because I unfortunately have had a DUI before (10 years ago). Best Decision

Getting pulled over for a DUI was a traumatic experience for me. The unknowns and what-ifs in the first few days were very difficult. I didn't know where to turn for help with the process. I did a fairly extensive search on attorney options and most were just ridiculously expensive and out of reach f...inancially. In my search I came upon Brian's website and his fees were easily the more reasonable option, and he offered flexibility with a payment plan. In my first phone call with him he explained exactly what the process would be and the most likely outcome of my eventual sentencing. Brian immediately went to work navigating the court dates that were coming my way and was always personally available via text, email, or phone call with an almost immediate response time. Any questions or unknowns I had along the way were addressed very promptly. Brian attended the first several court dates on my behalf which was huge. My favorite of all the things he had to say was "go about your life". And that's what sums up the whole experience with Brian. You are able to go about your life and let a professional do what he does best. I've helped to build and service hundreds of structures as a seasoned electrician, but put a pile of paperwork in front of me, and I'm quickly lost. When it came time for my sentencing date, Brian was right there beside me the entire time explaining every signature and document. He had already negotiated a plea deal with the prosecutor which eliminated a lot of fees and costs, dismissed all but one of the counts, reduced jail time to near nothing, and reduced my charge. He made what would have been a stressful day actually quite comfortable. Out of the entire experience, more valuable than money or jail time, Brian saved me a TON of emotional well being during what could have been a much more confusing and anxious time. And he continues to be available even after sentencing as I navigate the requirements that need to be fulfilled. If you are on the fence or questioning whether to get legal help, look no further. I am so happy I chose Brian instead of becoming a number and a gold mine to some giant law firm. Thanks again Brian!

He saved me...If you are in serious need of help with DUI PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A CALL!

I don't even know where to begin. I had been under a whole lot of stress due the pandemic, loosing 6 family members within a 3 month span. So figured I would attend a sporting event, to try and take my mind off of things. During the event I had way too much to drink and made a terrible decision to ge...t behind the wheel. The morning after being arrested for a DUI, I felt my world crushing in around me. I had no idea what I needed to do or if I could even afford to get a lawyer, but I knew I needed help. I immediately started researching lawyers online and called a few until I came across Mr. Sloan’s website. The fi...rst thing that struck my attention was the straightforward narrative of his services. Mr. Sloan only handles DUIs and has a no-nonsense payment plan which he explains up front so there are no surprises throughout the process. How his billing differs from others is he divides his services into phases. Each phase tells you what is covered. You know exactly what he is doing with your money and there is no vague ‘billable’ hours so you always know where you stand. Mr. Sloan also kept me more than well-informed with all the ‘ifs, ands or buts’ of what could and may happen. Mr. Sloan left no room for me to feel uncomfortable or cheated. Couldn't Ask For Better Representation

I went out and had a few drinks at a bar down the road from me. I unfortunately made a bad decision and chose to drive home. I was pulled over and arrested for suspicion of drunk driving. The next morning, I made a few Google searches and I am so thankful to have found Mr. Sloan. Just looking at his ...reviews had me sold. I emailed him for the consultation and that same morning, we discussed everything going forward. Any questions I had, were always answered promptly and professionally. I know that I made a huge mistake and prayed for an outcome that I was fortunate to get. My DUI was dropped in a plea agreement, to a reckless driving. No jail time, no interlock, a $250 fine and a 30 day suspension and hopefully a 60 day restricted. Without a doubt, Mr. Sloan was the best choice for my situation.
