Review

I can truly say hiring Brian Sloan as my DUI offense attorney was the best decision. Before hiring him I had read numerous reviews and had numerous free consultations. The thing that stood out to me about Sloan was that he was honest upfront regarding my situation, didn’t sugar coat anything, and t...old me what he would be able to do for me, but did not make any promises as a good lawyer would do. My situation was difficult because I am not from the state of Arizona and was also concerned about my DUI escalating to an extreme DUI. Sloan made sure to handle all of my court hearings without me having to be present, except for the final one, which was my ultimate decision to come down in order to make everything more smooth. He also kept my DUI at a regular DUI, which was one of my major concerns. In my situation I did not expect to get rid of my DUI, but I am glad that Sloan was there to keep punishments to a minimal, and was happy with the outcome for this type of situation. I also am having to deal with a civil matter and Sloan has agreed to represent me in that as well without extra charge, which I greatly appreciate. It was a pleasure working with Brian Sloan. If you want an attorney that you can trust, is reliable/knowledgeable, and affordable I highly recommend Brian Sloan.

Best Decision Ever!

I had never been in trouble before, let alone ever had a ticket, and when I was arrested for a DUI, I had no idea what to do. I was recommended to another attorney that merely took thousands of my dollars and did not speak to me for one month, due to the overwhelming amount of stress due to their lac...k of communication I fired them. I then went to Brian Sloan, the person I should have went to to begin with. Not only did Brian answer all of my concerns and questions, he calmed me down for the first time where I could breath in a month. Brian is extremely professional, direct, his communication is outstanding. He is patient and answered all of my questions, even the ones that he might at this point in his career feel are irrelevant. To me this was of utmost importance as I needed someone to be there for me that I could trust that I felt was on my side. Not only did Brian assist me and walk me through the process entirely, he was also a fraction of the cost, which helped me out a lot. From the first meeting, he did not make me any promises, he did however, give me a rough idea of what I was looking at and in the end I came out even better than expected. I would highly recommend Brian to help you through a DUI case. Getting a DUI is never a good thing, but who you choose to help you through the bad can make the difference of bad to better which is better than worse. Thank you Brian!

Attorney Brian Sloan great!

I was recommended to Brian by a person he had been a lawyer for, when I met him I was surprised and relieved to know/see that all these great things that were said about him were true! Mr. Sloan was honest throughout the consultation, never scared me into getting him as my lawyer (which had happene...d many times with different lawyers until I met him) he explained step by step on how my case would go and the reasons as to why they would/might go a certain way. He would keep me updated of any changes or dates. He is easy to get in touch with in case one might have any questions, quick to respond back to text or emails!

Cant go wrong with Brian Sloan

I would recommend Brian Sloan to anyone who is in need of a DUI lawyer. I was really scared when I got arrested and Brian met with me the very next day to go over my case. He put all my anxiety at ease and told me to just go about my everyday life. Throughout the process I would feel no problem te...xting Brian at odd hours asking a question and I would get text updates with court dates and whether I would have to show up to them or not. When it came down to sentencing, Brian was able to get three out of my four charges dropped (including the extreme DUI charge) and I was able to walk away with just a regular DUI conviction which was huge for me. Without Brian Sloan I would have been metaphorically dead in the water and be looking at worse fines, more jail time, more time with an interlock, and who knows what else. Don’t put your personal freedom at risk any more than it is, hire Brian Sloan to defend you.

Problem Solved by the Best of the Best Attorneys

I was charged with 1st time DUI in 2017 with several prescription medications in my system prescribed to me, but the toxicology report showed high levels of each one in my system. Eight years earlier in 2009, I was pulled over in another state for the exact same charge and was lucky enough to have it... reduced to reckless driving. This left me unsure for almost 8 months in my current case until it was resolved at the end of 2017 down to reckless driving this time too. Brian kept my license valid, keeping it from ever being suspended which was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. He always personally answered the phone and returned all my e-mails and texts himself, not a staff member. He was extremely accommodating through the entire process even meeting me down the street from my house after he left his office more than once to confer about my case. Brian always alleviated my stress each time we spoke and doesn't make false promises. You won't find a more dedicated attorney for the best price working so diligently for your best interests. I only recommend Brian.
