Outstanding

I reached out to Brian after being arrested for DUI. He got back to me promptly, walked me through the process, reviewed my docs and put my mind at ease knowing that we will get through it. This can have a huge impact on someone’s life. Excellent Attorney

Petrified and scared to death after getting arrested, I was frantically interviewing several DUI attorneys not knowing who I should or shouldn’t choose. Brian, caught my attention with his great reviews, ( although, still skeptical), I decided to call him not thinking he’d answer on a Sunday, Holid...ay weekend. He answered immediately and was very informative, took his time-and confirmed my decision immediately to hire him to represent me. Not only was Brian so reliable through text, phone, email, but also very intelligent with the Law and very assuring that everything would be ok and that it was ok that people make mistakes as long as you learn from it and never let it happen again. He saved me a great deal of time in jail, plus he was able to waive my jail costs, taking a huge weight off my shoulders... Although I still have to pay for my awful mistake, and not looking forward to this next year, I couldn’t be more grateful for Brian and what he was able to do to help me. Best person to have on your side

Getting a DUI was my worst nightmare. I didn't know what to do or what to expect. Having Brian Sloan as my lawyer made this process easy to handle and allowed me to finally get my life back on track. Brian helped answer all my questions and settled my fears. I knew I could count on Brian to keep me p...osted on my case and this allowed me to go ahead and live my life as I would normally do. The one thing I suggest is to take all of Brian’s advice and your case should go smoothly. He also offered me very easy payment plan to make this process easier for me, which I am greatly thankful for. No one plans for any of this to happen and having a lawyer like Brian Sloan can make a huge difference. Thank you again Brian for all you have done for me.

Highly Recommendation!

Attorney Sloan is highly recommended for those who need an honest upfront assessment of your case, want to save the hassles of being misled by tons of other expensive lawyers in the city and most importantly, reduce the conviction to the minimum degree after a well-thought out negotiation/plea deal a...rrangement with the prosecution. I can't thank him enough for arranging a plea agreement for me and was able to convince the prosecutor to resolve my 2nd time DUI offense case to a 1st Time DUI offense. This gave me a tremendous relief not only monetarily, but also extremely reduced jail time to one day with a couple of days of home detention, that could have been other-wise more than a month in a regular conviction, with hefty fines. Attorney Sloan was very diligent throughout the entire process and very responsive each time, within a few minutes over the text if he was not tied up in the court. Very patience while explaining/weighing out all the pros and cons for me. His affordable flat fee model, with installment options was such a relief! His advice of finishing up some classes and counseling formalities well ahead of time showed such a good faith in the court and also it helped me get them out of the way before the actual conviction. Such a well-thought out usage of time while I was still going through the court hearings. Very hands off approach as he attended all the hearings without me going to the court, except for the final one. When I read some of his testimonials prior to hiring him, I was a bit skeptical myself but his services attested to each and every positive testimonial!
