Excellent representation

In October of last year I was arrested for a DUI extreme. When I spent a lot of time researching many attorneys to represent me, Brian Sloan has many high accolades over his career and only handles DUI offenses. His demeanor, legal knowledge and professionalism is unparalleled. Going forward through ...the court process there were several court appearances that if I chose other representation I would of been required to attend. Mr. Sloan went to and handled all court appearances, paperwork… etc for me. I only had to appear at my final court date. His costs are incredibly reasonable and upfront. No unexpected fees. You will know exactly what to expect every step of the way through these processes. It is important to follow everything he advises you to do promptly and exactly how he tells you. After all said and done he had my charges reduced to DUI above 0.08. The minimal fines and fees and the minimal time in jail one day. Which I only spent 6 hours in because I listened to Brian. He also saved me thousands of dollars in SR22 insurance and the minimal for interlock. I’m truly grateful for everything that Mr. Sloan has done for me and my family. Some lawyers offer big talk and empty promises; Brian Sloan talks straight and offers intelligent solutions. You can rest assured he will take every detail into account and do everything to secure the best possible resolution to your case. If you get a DUI or similar, he's the guy you want!

I am glad that I hired Brian Sloan to represent me

After being arrested for DUI with a blood alcohol content of .82, I went on-line to find a lawyer to represent me. As I do not reside in the state of Arizona, it was even more important that I find someone that I could rely upon from a distance, to help me thru this situation. I talked with several l...aw offices in Phoenix and heard many promises with a variety of financial charges, and even some “I don’t know” responses. When I emailed Brian Sloan, he replied very quickly and set up a time for a long telephone interview. When Brian called me that evening, he outlined his procedures, his proposed plan of rebuttal and explained to me in detail what I could expect from the court, the DMV, and from him. Brian sounded much more professional and knowledgeable than the other lawyers or assistants that I talked with. Brian then sent me an extensive written explanation of his process, the charges that I would incur, and what I could expect of his representing me in court. The entire process took exactly 6 months to complete, with Brian keeping me updated on his progress all along the way. Eventually he was successful in getting the charge reduced to a Reckless Driving misdemeanor. I would certainly recommend utilizing the services and expertise of Brian Sloan for anyone that has had the unfortunate experience of being arrested for a DUI or similar charge. He is really a hard-working professional.

Highly Pleased

I was highly pleased with Mr. Sloan's representation. Brian continually had my back during a difficult time. He informed me of all my legal options and displayed a fantastic work ethic. It was refreshing to communicate with him directly and not have to go through a gatekeeper.

Best in class!

Brian is top notch. His professional demeanor yet personal candor was very reassuring during a very uncertain time. He was always available and quick to share any new information. He did not need to review files or get back to me with details as he always seemed well-versed in exactly what was going ...on with my case. It is rare to find such a dedicated, honest and compassionate professional. I especially didn’t think I would find it in his field. What a relief to know that if you really need somebody to help you, there are people out there like him. There’s a special spot upstairs being saved for this man. He truly helped me through what I would have to say was one of the hardest times in my life. It goes without saying that I would recommend and refer him to anybody in need of his specialty services.
