Sloan took care of everything, and I didn't have to fly back to AZ. He was a god send.

After feeling jacked by the system dealing with them on my own, I called Sloan. Mom knew best. She recommended him & one call did it all. My worries were in the rear view mirror. What a blessing. I am very grateful 4 all his help. He was always honest, there & prepared. He always went the extr...a mile 4 less than ½ the cost of the other attorneys I called. He saved me a 2-day trip 2 AZ, $1700 in fines, and a mark on my record. What a god send he was 4 me. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I was wrongfully arrested, facing a lot of jail time, and Brian got the case DISMISSED!

Brian Sloan literally helped save my life. I was arrested (wrongfully) and was facing time in jail, loss of driving, etc. Everything I knew and loved (my husband, my children, my career) was hanging in the hands of the justice system. Brian was there every step of the way, and was there via text, cal...l, and e-mail, any and every time I needed him. (Even if it was to tell him I was terrified and that this was traumatic for my family). He called me at night, and when I didn't answer, he called me the following morning to tell me ALL CHARGES WERE DISMISSED. I still cannot believe this nightmare is behind our family, and I will be eternally grateful to Brian for this. He believed in me all along and was willing to fight for me the entire way.

Not sure if words can really do justice to the service you provided to us during this difficult ordeal

I was visiting friends in AZ. After an evening of dinner and drinks, I was arrested for DUI in Scottsdale. I was utterly shocked and dismayed. As an out of town resident, I did not know what to do or who to turn to. Luckily, my wife researched various DUI attorneys in the area and found the Law O...ffices of Brian Sloan. Brian answered our call immediately and was very responsive to our questions and provided us with an understanding of the DUI process. After our initial consultation with him over the phone, my wife and I felt very comfortable with Brian and confident with his knowledge on DUI law. Though the whole experience was scary and unsettling, we always felt that Brian was on top of things and had our best interests at heart. We appreciated his direct and honest communication and demeanor. Brian was extremely responsive and always explained the process and our options to us in a way that we were able to understand. Often times, my wife and I felt like we were asking redundant questions, but Brian was very patient and guided us through this ordeal. We are so pleased with our decision to hire Brian as our DUI attorney. He was able to reduce my DUI charge, minimize penalties and have jail time already served. In addition, Mr. Brian recommended that we immediately apply for my conviction to be set aside. We were so relieved when he told us that the set aside was granted. Brian also represented me at my DMV hearing for refusing the blood test. Again, Brian was successful in having the charge voided. I would recommend attorney Brian Sloan without any hesitation. We are extremely grateful for his diligence and expertise. Brian, thank you for helping us get through this difficult time.

Ms. Sloan saved me from a felony, and what he charged was very reasonable

I was charged with a 2nd DUI, had suspended license at the time police stopped me. I could have been facing felony charges, found Brian online best decision I ever made I was going through so much at the time scared to death of my whole life going upside down if I was charged with felony! Brian was ...honest, didnt make promises, gave me the truth up front no hidden charges. Kept in touch til my hearing made me a little relaxing knowing I have someone fighting for me. Only thing I can say is truly grateful for the outcome of my case. I recommend him 100%. Thank you Brian :)

I hired the wrong private lawyer, fired him, hired Brian, and got a much better sentence

I received an extreme DUI, and like probably everyone else, I didn't know which way to turn. I originally retained another lawyer to negotiate a plea and set up all court scheduled dates. After the initial meeting with the other attorney, we spoke on the phone a few times with him telling me what th...e maximum penalties I could face. A little later he called and said that he had talked to the prosecutor, and was able to get a good deal. Not knowing much about the system, I figured that was that. Wrong! A few days passed and as I thought about it, I thought I would just call a couple of other attorneys, and explain my circumstances to see what they have to say. Luckily I reached Brian, who is willing to talk to me even though two other attorneys basically wanted nothing to do with me when I told them that I was already represented. Brian initially told me that he thought it would not be worth it to hire a different attorney this late in the game, and that it would be a waste of money, but after I explained the plea agreement that the other attorney had arranged for me, Brian said that he knew he could do better. It was a big decision, but I fired my first lawyer, hired Brian, we went to court, and Brian got me exactly what he said he would get me. Brian was able to cut my jail and home detention time in more than half. In the final analysis - hire Brian. He knows what he's doing. He concentrates on DUI and will have your best interests at heart.
