I am glad that I hired Brian Sloan to represent me

After being arrested for DUI with a blood alcohol content of .82, I went on-line to find a lawyer to represent me. As I do not reside in the state of Arizona, it was even more important that I find someone that I could rely upon from a distance, to help me thru this situation. I talked with several l...aw offices in Phoenix and heard many promises with a variety of financial charges, and even some “I don’t know” responses. When I emailed Brian Sloan, he replied very quickly and set up a time for a long telephone interview. When Brian called me that evening, he outlined his procedures, his proposed plan of rebuttal and explained to me in detail what I could expect from the court, the DMV, and from him. Brian sounded much more professional and knowledgeable than the other lawyers or assistants that I talked with. Brian then sent me an extensive written explanation of his process, the charges that I would incur, and what I could expect of his representing me in court. The entire process took exactly 6 months to complete, with Brian keeping me updated on his progress all along the way. Eventually he was successful in getting the charge reduced to a Reckless Driving misdemeanor. I would certainly recommend utilizing the services and expertise of Brian Sloan for anyone that has had the unfortunate experience of being arrested for a DUI or similar charge. He is really a hard-working professional.

Trust Worthy

I was facing what I learned to be very serious penalties. I lived in one town in one state for over 5 decades. I felt completely alone in finding help/representation for MySelf, all the People to network with were across the country. That said; I started looking on the web for representation...-----I started and continued to read Attorney Brian D. Sloan's summary of services. I found it direct and to the point in a positive manner. Everything is laid out including court schedule and at what point payments were due. "The Plan" if you will. I wrote the incident in the provided place on Attorney Sloan's Web Page -and- I received a phone call the following day for a scheduled one(1) hour consultation, no strings attached, no fees just help & support is how I felt. The process is kind of confusing and long in AZ yet Attorney Sloan took care of much more than I expected which was such a relief, as I have not ever been charged with this. I was kept appraised of all that was coming. Attorney Brian D. Sloan answered my questions minutes at times. Following the "Commonly Asked Questions" is not fun yet it worked lol. In closing being in a different state and being confused a bit by AZ's Laws had absolutely no bearing on The Representation I Received THROUGH OUT THE PROCESS. I have the utmost respect for Attorney Brian D. Sloan as His Knowledge and Experience carried this case to a better than ever expected outcome, for which I am grateful. Highly Recommended!

I would like to highly recommend attorney Brian Sloan to represent anyone that is facing a DUI charge. Brian was amazingly responsive, with texts, emails or phone calls returned in hours if not minutes. He knows the DUI process and court system inside and out and was able to get me what I believe was... the best outcome possible. His fee agreement is reasonable, he is honest, direct and very good at presenting potential outcomes. I could not be more satisfied with the service he provided and the manner in which he provided it.

The morning after being arrested for a DUI, I felt my world crushing in around me. I had no idea what I needed to do or if I could even afford to get a lawyer, but I knew I needed help. I immediately started researching lawyers online and called a few until I came across Mr. Sloan’s website. The fi...rst thing that struck my attention was the straightforward narrative of his services. Mr. Sloan only handles DUIs and has a no-nonsense payment plan which he explains up front so there are no surprises throughout the process. How his billing differs from others is he divides his services into phases. Each phase tells you what is covered. You know exactly what he is doing with your money and there is no vague ‘billable’ hours so you always know where you stand. Mr. Sloan also kept me more than well-informed with all the ‘ifs, ands or buts’ of what could and may happen. Mr. Sloan left no room for me to feel uncomfortable or cheated. He provided me an A-Z account of what to expect throughout each step of the process so there was little question or stress on my part. I have never been in trouble with the law before and hiring Mr. Sloan was one of the best decisions I have made. He was able to obtain a fantastic deal for me which in turn, gave me more time with my family and little repercussion after the fact. Should you ever find yourself in a DUI situation, I sincerely recommend Mr. Sloan to help guide you through this life-changing ordeal. I truly believe it will be the best decision you make for you and your family as well.

Brian was frank and realistic, did not sugar coat my situation, or provide false hope regarding the case. He is very knowledgeable regarding AZ DUI law, how the process plays out, and what can be expected.
