Exceptional DUI Attorney

Hiring Brian Sloan will be the best decision you have ever made if you are seeking the highest level of representation during such a confusing - and scary - situation. I have never been in trouble with the law and I made a very poor decision and was facing multiple charges that would have resulted in... a stiff jail sentence even for a first-time offender. In the end, Brian was very honest with me and was able to negotiate the best plea deal we could have hoped for. When he did his final review of the case for Phase I representation, he was honest and advised me to take the plea deal because I would definitely not do better should we take it to trial. And following his advice was the best decision I could have made. Be sure to pay attention to his FAQ page that he sends you at the beginning as it will be clear about the steps of the process and you will never find yourself feeling surprised. Attorney Brian Sloan has recently defended me on a d.u.i. case. I can't say enough about the representation I received. Would recommend!

After being arrested I immediately started looking for an attorney to handle all the legal aspects. While there were so many to choose from, the information on Brian’s website, the reviews of him and his extensive background in dealing with DUIs led me to email him. It was a Sunday morning and I was ...shocked that I received an email back that same day with a call also scheduled for later that day. What attorney responds on a Sunday, and on a holiday weekend at that?? I hired him the following day and don’t regret it. He is extremely quick to respond, laid out all the processes ahead of time, handled MVD stuff, price was great and he handled all court dates for me with the exception of the actual sentencing. While I can say without any doubt I will never need him again, I would absolutely recommend him to anybody in the unfortunate situation of needing a DUI attorney.

Great Attorney and Great Person

Brian is amazing and has helped me out significantly on my case. He explains and communicates everything very well. We all make mistakes and he shows that he truly cares and wants you to improve on yourself. He stood by me at my final court date, which can be intimidating standing in front of a Judge..., but Brian took all the pressure off me and we thoroughly went over my whole case before going in.
