Helped tremendously through a very difficult time

Being arrested made me feel like my whole world was crashing down on me. I was completely devastated. From the first phone call with Brian, I knew he was the best attorney to represent me. He was professional, very thorough in asking questions, was completely knowledgeable regarding the law, but... beyond that he went out of his way to calm my worst fears. All throughout my case from arrest to trial he was prompt in answering any questions I had and was great at providing any information that would help me during this process. He may not have always said what I wanted to hear which I appreciated. But he knew the law, and he represented me better than I could have hoped for during the entire case.

BEST DUI ATTORNEY IN ARIZONA!

We all make mistakes. Brian Sloan helped me during one of the lowest points in my life. Back in June 2022, I was charged with DUI, speeding greater than 20 miles over the posted limit and failure to maintain a single lane of travel. Brian calmed my fears by thoroughly explaining the legal process,... items to complete proactively for the court, finger printing requirements, how to handle AZ drivers license suspension and reinstatement, and all other issues to expect along the way. Brian is respectful, professional, timely and attentive. Most importantly he helped restore my dignity and gave me peace of mind. Brian’s pricing for attorney fees is very competitive, in my opinion far less than what should be charged for the high-level services he provides. Every legal situation will have a different end result because there are so many variables involved. Brian is a DUI expert. I had an excellent experience with Mr. Sloan. He provided me with excellent representation and resolved the case with a good outcome. He was very careful and detailed in his work, given that my case was an extremely specific and rare circumstance which many other attorneys and even the judge weren’t ...aware of. Seamless process with Brian!

I was referred over to Brian immediately after receiving a DUI and the rest was all taken care of. He provided comfort and understanding that this didn’t define me who I was as a person. He followed up with me consistently throughout the months and even if I felt like a question was too “ dumb” or ...“ stupid” , I was given a clear answer within 24 hours. Working with me on payment plans was also a bonus and gave options as to what he has seen and what he would do. Needless to say, this experience woke me up but also Brian knew what he was doing and laid out ALL the options in depth. When meeting him at court, he was friendly and stayed with me until the end. I highly recommend Brian if you ever get into a situation like this because he clearly has the references and credibility behind him while also being personable.
