Highly Recommended!

I would like to highly recommend attorney Brian Sloan to represent anyone that is facing a DUI charge. Brian was amazingly responsive, with texts, emails or phone calls returned in hours if not minutes. He knows the DUI process and court system inside and out and was able to get me what I believe was... the best outcome possible. His fee agreement is reasonable, he is honest, direct and very good at presenting potential outcomes. I could not be more satisfied with the service he provided and the manner in which he provided it.

The morning after being arrested for a DUI, I felt my world crushing in around me. I had no idea what I needed to do or if I could even afford to get a lawyer, but I knew I needed help. I immediately started researching lawyers online and called a few until I came across Mr. Sloan’s website. The fi...rst thing that struck my attention was the straightforward narrative of his services. Mr. Sloan only handles DUIs and has a no-nonsense payment plan which he explains up front so there are no surprises throughout the process. How his billing differs from others is he divides his services into phases. Each phase tells you what is covered. You know exactly what he is doing with your money and there is no vague ‘billable’ hours so you always know where you stand. Mr. Sloan also kept me more than well-informed with all the ‘ifs, ands or buts’ of what could and may happen. Mr. Sloan left no room for me to feel uncomfortable or cheated. He provided me an A-Z account of what to expect throughout each step of the process so there was little question or stress on my part. I have never been in trouble with the law before and hiring Mr. Sloan was one of the best decisions I have made. He was able to obtain a fantastic deal for me which in turn, gave me more time with my family and little repercussion after the fact. Should you ever find yourself in a DUI situation, I sincerely recommend Mr. Sloan to help guide you through this life-changing ordeal. I truly believe it will be the best decision you make for you and your family as well.

Couldn't Ask For Better Representation

I went out and had a few drinks at a bar down the road from me. I unfortunately made a bad decision and chose to drive home. I was pulled over and arrested for suspicion of drunk driving. The next morning, I made a few Google searches and I am so thankful to have found Mr. Sloan. Just looking at his ...reviews had me sold. I emailed him for the consultation and that same morning, we discussed everything going forward. Any questions I had, were always answered promptly and professionally. I know that I made a huge mistake and prayed for an outcome that I was fortunate to get. My DUI was dropped in a plea agreement, to a reckless driving. No jail time, no interlock, a $250 fine and a 30 day suspension and hopefully a 60 day restricted. Without a doubt, Mr. Sloan was the best choice for my situation. He was amazing, professional, thorough and detailed throughout the process. I highly recommend Mr. Sloan's services!!

Outstanding

I reached out to Brian after being arrested for DUI. He got back to me promptly, walked me through the process, reviewed my docs and put my mind at ease knowing that we will get through it. This can have a huge impact on someone’s life. Excellent Attorney

Petrified and scared to death after getting arrested, I was frantically interviewing several DUI attorneys not knowing who I should or shouldn’t choose. Brian, caught my attention with his great reviews, ( although, still skeptical), I decided to call him not thinking he’d answer on a Sunday, Holid...ay weekend. He answered immediately and was very informative, took his time-and confirmed my decision immediately to hire him to represent me. Not only was Brian so reliable through text, phone, email, but also very intelligent with the Law and very assuring that everything would be ok and that it was ok that people make mistakes as long as you learn from it and never let it happen again. He saved me a great deal of time in jail, plus he was able to waive my jail costs, taking a huge weight off my shoulders... Although I still have to pay for my awful mistake, and not looking forward to this next year, I couldn’t be more grateful for Brian and what he was able to do to help me.
