I can’t thank Brian Sloan enough for everything he did for me. I was originally facing a DUI charge, but thanks to his expertise and dedication, he successfully negotiated it down to a reckless driving charge. Not only did I avoid jail time and harsher penalties, but I also only had to pay fines, and... even those were less than what the original penalties would have been. Throughout the process, Brian kept me informed, fought hard for the best outcome, and made a very stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Highly recommended DUI Attorney

I would highly recommend you use Brian Sloan for your DUI attorney. The process and fee structure were laid out clearly and all questions answered quickly. I would never have been able to negotiate the plea on my own. It was great to work with such a professional.

If you’re looking for a DUI lawyer, stop your search and call Brian D. Sloan. I spoke with several attorneys before him—most were expensive and didn’t even want to hear my story. Brian was different from the start. Not only was he about half the cost of everyone else I called, but he was the ...only one who took the time to really listen. He gathered detailed information, explained his plan of action clearly, and followed through with constant, professional communication—via emails, texts, and forms. His level of involvement was way more than I ever expected. This was one of the most difficult times in my life—something I never imagined I’d face. I’m honestly grateful I was stopped for DUI that night; I was making a mistake and needed to turn things around. Brian helped me do exactly that. Best DUI lawyer in AZ!

I would like to thank Brian Sloan for all that he did representing me as I was facing my first ever DUI. I truly believe he really is the best DUI lawyer in AZ and also very affordable than most lawyers out here and he also has a great payment plan to. I was able to get a great plea deal and Brian al...so helped me out a lot by avoiding a felony on my record. He truly cares and will do his best to get you the best deal! Experience with Brian as my attorney
