Miracle!

As coming down with Drug DUI charges against me, I was very worried but it became a relief after consulting with Brian. The first moment I met Brian, he was very informative about my case and realistic. Losing my license would've had a severe consequences and I had requested Brian for every single op...tion to get the best plea agreement. He went the extra mile to get the best plea agreement from Drug DUI down to Reckless Driving with no jail time. This was probably one of the luckiest moments of my life or Brian's the best lawyer in town. I believe it was both! He was very quick to respond with any questions and kept it touch frequently. I would highly recommend Brian to others.

No Jail TIme

I was charged with extreme DUI but had to leave the country before my court date. I engaged Brian while overseas to defend me. My ability to come back to the US was on the line. I was in a Catch-22. If I had a warrant I couldn’t come back to the US. If I had a pending case, I couldn’t come back to... the US. We communicated via email over the course of several months and he went to court for me several times for before a plea bargain was accepted for a lesser charge of a first time DUI, and no jail. I am extremely satisfied with the defense Mr Sloan was able to put up for me and would recommend anyone to speak to him after being charged with anything DUI related.

Brian Sloan is a DUI Specialist!

Back in September of 2016, I was pulled over for DUI. My BAC was .105 at the scene and .085 at the police station. I was really worried for all of the charges that I was told I’d face, until I met with Brian. He was able to dismiss my DUI charges and instead I plead guilty to Reckless Driving, which ...was a significantly better outcome. I shopped around for lawyers but the second I met with Brian, I knew he had experience. He was very knowledgeable and responded quickly to my concerns. A++ Attorney

I found Brian in an ad online, thinking most DUI attorneys would be the same. That couldn't be farther from the truth. He met with me the day after my DUI, and calmed many of the initial fears I had. Brian is a very straightforward attorney who is great at his job. Always available by phone, text, e-...mail, and always quick to answer questions. Unbelievably, he talked my case down to a sentence that brought myself and my family to tears. I even met another guy in jail that used Brian with the same results, so I know I wasn't just the exception.
