Wrongly Accused of DUI..Brian was Great!

In March 2016 I was wrongly accused of DUI by an overzealous Maricopa County Sheriffs Deputy. 2 breathalyzer tests showed 0.00 and they then said I may be on drugs. They then put me through the ringer with drug tests and interrogations in the DUI mobile van. I do not take drugs of any kind. Some o...f the lawyers I contacted wanted to charge me for a full DUI defense. I reviewed my case with Brian and he said from what he saw I may never be charged. At this 1st step he was only going to charge me a fee to get my license back at the initial hearing. And if I was charged later he would charge later fees if needed. He won the hearing case to get my license reinstated, and I was never charged with DUI. He was great to deal with. Highly recommended!

Look no further. Problem solved.

I was picked up on a 2nd DUI offense that fell within the seven year time frame. Pretty serious charge. Looked at several lawyers, and there was only one that I felt was good enough. I was right. Brian Sloan is an expert in the field. He isn't going to make promises, he tells you like it is, but can ...put you at ease. I never needed to attend court except the last date. His mastery of negotiating got the charge dropped to a first offense. This was in a jurisdiction where something like that is almost impossible. Couldn't believe it at first. I'm very grateful for his hard work and dedication. Should you find yourself facing a DUI charge, just call Brian, and leave the rest to him. You really need not look any further. Definitely a 10 out of 10 ranking question. You won't be left in the dark. He responds to all texts, calls and emails. Hands down the best.

Exceptional Attorney!!

Brian is an intelligent and excellent attorney He is very knowledgeable about DUI law in Arizona, and his experiences shows in the courtroom. I live in Colorado, and he made this stressful process easier to complete. Brian was able to get me a great plea deal and worked relentlessly to get my plea... reduced to the minimum requirements. He was able to get the court to allow me to complete all of my plea deal requirements in my home state. Brian helped me with the MVD process as well. Best DUI Counsel, Highly Recommend
