Problem Solved by the Best of the Best Attorneys

I was charged with 1st time DUI in 2017 with several prescription medications in my system prescribed to me, but the toxicology report showed high levels of each one in my system. Eight years earlier in 2009, I was pulled over in another state for the exact same charge and was lucky enough to have it... reduced to reckless driving. This left me unsure for almost 8 months in my current case until it was resolved at the end of 2017 down to reckless driving this time too. Brian kept my license valid, keeping it from ever being suspended which was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. He always personally answered the phone and returned all my e-mails and texts himself, not a staff member. He was extremely accommodating through the entire process even meeting me down the street from my house after he left his office more than once to confer about my case. Brian always alleviated my stress each time we spoke and doesn't make false promises. You won't find a more dedicated attorney for the best price working so diligently for your best interests. I only recommend Brian.

Results That Matter!

Brian represented me in a Super Extreme DUI case in Phoenix Arizona. If you now know anything about DUI's in Phoenix, this was a very serious situation that I put myself in. I had been in a PANIC for several months hoping for the best possible outcome in a horrible situation. I reviewed several att...orneys that could have handled my case however, felt that Brian’s' experience and close association with the local authorities and DA's office, along with his flat rate pay scale would be best suited for the best possible outcome. Brian was attentive and very meticulous in his evaluation of the case, presenting the case, and bringing it to a successful conclusion. The Honest Choice

Brian was excellent to work with. He did not sugarcoat anything or give me false hope. Upon my case review, Brian suggested I take the plea and not give him more funds to proceed to trial. Most attorneys would have just taken my money. He listened to my concerns and negotiated a plea and the wordi...ng of my charge to my content. Best DUI lawyer

I recently got arrested for a dui, and was going to be charged with three counts of dui with one of those three being an extreme dui. I called around town, and spoke to five other Attorneys who each wanted to charge around $9,000 to take my case. I did some research online, and was able to find Attor...ney Brian Sloan. I saw nothing but good reviews online so I scheduled a consultation. Brian not only charged less than half of what the other lawyers wanted, but was the only Attorney I met with that seemed to take genuine interest in my case, and was straight forward with what he thought would be the best options for me. Throughout the whole case Brian kept me updated with everything i needed to know, and would always respond to any questions I had. I am more then happy with the results of my case, Brian was able to arrange a plea agreement that dropped two of the three dui charges including the extreme dui. Not only did I pay less then half of what other lawyers wanted, but I also came out of this ordeal with only a dui to the slightest degree charge. I would recommend Brian Sloan to anyone dealing with a dui that wants a lawyer that is going deliver superior results at a fraction of the cost of other Attorneys.

Not a resident of Arizona - Very Efficient & Straightforward

Mr. Sloan did an excellent job handling my DUI case. I am not a resident of Arizona and unfortunately I got pulled over while visiting. He was quick to respond to my call and made arrangements to meet with me before I left the state. He was very upfront and realistic about my situation and provided... me counsel immediately. Brian was able to handle my case without me having to return to Arizona for any of the court appearances and arranged for the resolution of my case via teleconference. He kept me updated on the status of my case in a timely manner and responded to my questions quickly. Even though I did ultimately plead guilty Brian did a great job and was able to work with the prosecutor to lessen my penalties.
