I Recommend-

I hired Attorney Brian Sloan after being charged with a DUI in Arizona. Prior to retaining him, I did a lot of research and talked with several attorneys. I chose Brian because he only handles DUI cases. Nothing else. That’s all he does, every day. During the process, he was also the only ...one I ever spoke to. Never once did I speak to an Assistant, Legal Aid, Paralegal or even a Junior Attorney. If I ever had a question- I would call, email or send a text. I always got a response the same day. The response always came directly from Brian Sloan. One of the first things he provided me with was a detailed timeline of the events that would take place within the process from beginning to end. I was never left in the dark wondering, what’s going on…? He also seemed well connected to many departments and agencies relevant to my case. Although each case is different, many involve some actions that only you, as the defendant can fulfill. Brian provided me with good advice and made me feel prepared when interacting with each one. I will say that Brian does live up to his reputation as one of the top DUI Attorneys in Arizona. I would recommend him to my own friends or family, if ever they were in need of legal counsel for driving under the influence in Arizona.

Great Lawyer

I contacted Brian after getting a DUI based on the all the positive reviews I had read about him online. I was happy that I choice to call him. During our first meeting Brian was very thorough with explaining what to expect, and what everything on the paperwork meant. He explained what would happe...n with my drivers license, and completely handled my case from that day forward. He was quick in getting me a fair plea deal, and keeping me informed regarding how the case was going. I had very little stress because Brian handled everything, even the court appearances. I only had to appear in court for the sentencing, and Brian was there to provide me with all the information I was going to need, and the time I spent in front of the Judge was quick. Brian exceeded all my expectations regarding the way the case worked out for me, and I would gladly recommend Brian to anyone needing a DUI lawyer.

Brian The Miracle Worker

Brian D. Sloan is not only a great attorney, he truly is a miracle worker. Brian got my DUI charges which included a vehicle accident lessened or dismissed. Great Representation

Having found myself in an unthinkable situation, I needed an attorney. I found Brian and am so grateful I did. Brian was very patient with me and my numerous questions. He walked me through the process and appeared in court on my behalf for any hearings where my presence wasn't absolutely necessary. ...Brian was able to have some of my charges reduced and/or dropped. Jail time was reduced to the minimum. Brian was the only attorney who actually took my call personally. Speaking with other firms I felt like a number and a dollar sign, I would confidently recommend Mr. Brian Sloan to anyone who needs a great attorney. Thanks Brian!

Brian Sloan

I received a DUI in Phoenix. I searched the internet and found Brian Sloan. When I met with him the next day, he made me feel comfortable with the process and explained just what I could expect. Brian went to several scheduled court appearance on my behalf. The only time I had to appear in court was ...after he was able to negotiate a great deal for my case. He also instructed me to start alcohol screening and classes, which was a benefit when it came time to face the judge the one and only time I did. Brian took care of everything and was always available by text, phone and, e-mails. His fee was very reasonable ( much lower then others ). I would highly recommend Brian to anyone facing a DUI. Thanks for all your professional help.
