Best Decision Ever!

I had never been in trouble before, let alone ever had a ticket, and when I was arrested for a DUI, I had no idea what to do. I was recommended to another attorney that merely took thousands of my dollars and did not speak to me for one month, due to the overwhelming amount of stress due to their lac...k of communication I fired them. I then went to Brian Sloan, the person I should have went to to begin with. Not only did Brian answer all of my concerns and questions, he calmed me down for the first time where I could breath in a month. Brian is extremely professional, direct, his communication is outstanding. He is patient and answered all of my questions, even the ones that he might at this point in his career feel are irrelevant. To me this was of utmost importance as I needed someone to be there for me that I could trust that I felt was on my side. Not only did Brian assist me and walk me through the process entirely, he was also a fraction of the cost, which helped me out a lot. From the first meeting, he did not make me any promises, he did however, give me a rough idea of what I was looking at and in the end I came out even better than expected. I would highly recommend Brian to help you through a DUI case. Getting a DUI is never a good thing, but who you choose to help you through the bad can make the difference of bad to better which is better than worse. Thank you Brian!

Deserves his five stars

I chose to go with Brian because of his online reviews so I decided after finalizing my plea agreement to pay it forward. Brian set appropriate expectations in the beginning of what to expect for my case - an extreme DUI- and delivered me the plea agreement I was hoping for. My DUI was dropped to tha...t of the slightest degree, which I am very grateful for. Brian also responded promptly to all of my questions throughout the process, even during a time in which he was hospitalized. I do think I made the right choice in hiring Brian: he was direct and honest during our consultation of what I could expect and didn’t withhold from answering my questions regarding the DUI process unlike other lawyers I interviewed who said things like “I can answer that once you retain me.” I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on, and from day one to the final day in court I had enough information and FAQs via email to never feel unease. Thanks Brian, I appreciate the work you did for me!

Happy with my decision to hire Brian

I hired Brian after meeting with and talking to a few other defense attorneys. I was nervous to go with a DUI specific lawyer that was cheaper because I didn’t want to make the choice based on cost alone - I wanted the best possible outcome for my case but also knew that I had a lot of expenses com...ing my way regardless. Each of the other attorneys I spoke to wanted almost twice as much up front. I am extremely happy with my decision to hire Brian. He is definitely all business via phone and email but I actually prefer that. He was up front about his opinion on my case and made the suggestion not to go to trial once he was able to negotiate a plea deal that we were both extremely happy with. He was always responsive and answered any question I had almost immediately. I won't be hiring him again because I won't be getting another DUI, but I would recommend him to anyone else in the same situation.
