DUI Attorney

I received my DUI on Valentine’s Day after dinner and a night out with my wife. I was extremely distraught about the affect this would have on my personal life and my ability to drive. The day after my DUI I did extensive research attempting to find the best attorney specializing in DUI’s. I ultima...tely settled on Brian Sloan as he stood out above all others. This was one of my best decisions of my life. Mr. Sloan immediately returned my call and I had an appointment with him that very same day. He immediately put me at ease as he did throughout the entire process. He had a very affordable fee and even a fantastic payment plan. He was always fast to to respond to any of my texts, emails, and phone calls. Most importantly he understood the system. Mr. Sloan fought extremely hard for me with both Scottsdale city court and the DMV. He was ultimately able to reach a very beneficial plea on my behalf. I walked away with no jail time, minimal fees, and only 1 month of no driving. I would highly recommend Mr Sloan to anyone facing a similar situation. Steve C.

Absolutely Amazing!

To spend money on a lawyer, or gamble with a public defender? That is the question… SPEND THE MONEY! One of the smartest investments I've ever made. He's specialized in DUIs for a reason, because he knows what he's doing. He can't perform miracles and dismiss everything but I can guarantee you he...'ll work hard on your case and do what he can, and for that I'm truly grateful for his services and blessed to still have a life to enjoy and look forward to.

I would recommend Brian Sloan to anyone.

Mr. Sloan worked very hard for me and was extremely helpful in getting my sentence reduced, and at a very reasonable price. He appeared in court for me in all instances except the last court date which was mandatory for me to attend, and he attended that one along with me. This saved me a lot of ti...me and stress since I didn’t have to take off work to attend every court date. He was very organized and communicated with me well, as well as answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone.

Review Attorney Brian Sloan

I hired attorney Brian Sloan for a recent DUI including an at fault accident with ticketing. He immediately told me what to expect, advised me on phases of the process and explained what steps he would take in my case. I was able to contact him when needed and was kept up to date.
