Cant go wrong with Brian Sloan

I would recommend Brian Sloan to anyone who is in need of a DUI lawyer. I was really scared when I got arrested and Brian met with me the very next day to go over my case. He put all my anxiety at ease and told me to just go about my everyday life. Throughout the process I would feel no problem te...xting Brian at odd hours asking a question and I would get text updates with court dates and whether I would have to show up to them or not. When it came down to sentencing, Brian was able to get three out of my four charges dropped (including the extreme DUI charge) and I was able to walk away with just a regular DUI conviction which was huge for me. Without Brian Sloan I would have been metaphorically dead in the water and be looking at worse fines, more jail time, more time with an interlock, and who knows what else. Don’t put your personal freedom at risk any more than it is, hire Brian Sloan to defend you.

Four months jail and a felony with another lawyer turned into 30 days jail and a misdemeanor with Brian

On March, 5, 2014 I was charged with four aggravated DUIs and was given a court appointed attorney lawyer. She was a private lawyer with a government contract, and did not care about me or my case one bit. She was very unprofessional, would not hear me out on my case, disregarded my family when I t...ried to introduce her to them, and without notice did not show up to a court date. She advised me to plead to a felony with 4 months jail without even investigating my case. I did not agree with my court appointed lawyer, and I sought out a second opinion from different attorney. I was referred to Brian Sloan. He was very professional from the start; took the time to hear and understand my case to then discover that I was not given an appropriate plea that was suitable due to my circumstances. He was very interested in helping me because I was given ineffective assistance from my court appointed lawyer. He said to me that he could not just sit back and watch me take a felony when clearly I should not be. Mr. Sloan took on my case, thoroughly went through my case with me and explained my charges and the accurate consequences for my actions to better help my understanding of what I was in for. Unlike my court appointed lawyer, Mr. Sloan was very up front and precise with my case. In a week, he was able to carefully cross examine the case and reduced the felony plea from four months in jail, plus more, to a misdemeanor plea with thirty days in jail and work furlough. I am very considerate and thankful to the fact he took on my case because he wanted to make sure I was given honest representation. I definitely refer him to anyone facing a DUI.

Brian Sloan is absolutely amazing! Got my case dismissed!

I did not have prior experience getting in legal trouble, and he was extremely helpful. I met with Brian and he started on my case immediately. He appeared at all of my court dates for me so I didn't have to, he was extremely patient and helpful with explaining everything to me and instructing me o...n how to take the next step in our plan of action. He kept in constant contact with me and was available to answer all of my questions. He never left me feeling confused or forgotten about. He is absolutely fantastic! In three short months, he was able to get my case dismissed! I am so grateful that I hired Brian Sloan to work on my case. I have never met an attorney so thorough, understanding and helpful. I have referred all my friends to Brian Sloan. I would never hire a different attorney.
