Exceptional DUI Attorney

Hiring Brian Sloan will be the best decision you have ever made if you are seeking the highest level of representation during such a confusing - and scary - situation. I have never been in trouble with the law and I made a very poor decision and was facing multiple charges that would have resulted in... a stiff jail sentence even for a first-time offender. In the end, Brian was very honest with me and was able to negotiate the best plea deal we could have hoped for. When he did his final review of the case for Phase I representation, he was honest and advised me to take the plea deal because I would definitely not do better should we take it to trial. And following his advice was the best decision I could have made. Be sure to pay attention to his FAQ page that he sends you at the beginning as it will be clear about the steps of the process and you will never find yourself feeling surprised. Brian Sloan DUI attorney

When I was searching for a DUI attorney, I interviewed half a dozen lawyers. Brian Sloan stood out immediately as the obvious choice. He listened well and understood the particulars of my case, he informed me of my rights and told me what I could expect. Out of all the others, he came off as the most... intelligent, knowledgeable, intellectually honest, and ethical. Also likable. I am incredibly glad I chose him. Because of his expertise and diligence, my case had BY FAR the best possible outcome, and I don't think anyone else could have done it. Brian kept me well-informed every step of the way. He advocated for me and made sure that my court dates did not conflict with the series of surgeries I was undergoing. I would like to add that on my court date, I arrived early.
