Brian Sloan DUI attorney

When I was searching for a DUI attorney, I interviewed half a dozen lawyers. Brian Sloan stood out immediately as the obvious choice. He listened well and understood the particulars of my case, he informed me of my rights and told me what I could expect. Out of all the others, he came off as the most... intelligent, knowledgeable, intellectually honest, and ethical. Also likable. I am incredibly glad I chose him. Because of his expertise and diligence, my case had BY FAR the best possible outcome, and I don't think anyone else could have done it. Brian kept me well-informed every step of the way. He advocated for me and made sure that my court dates did not conflict with the series of surgeries I was undergoing. I would like to add that on my court date, I arrived early. A lawyer who was searching for his client asked who my attorney was. His reaction: "Oh, Brian Sloan? He's a great lawyer. You are really in good hands."

A True Hero

I just wanted to write a few words on the above and beyond legal defense and support you provided to me. Considering the charges and legal issues I was facing, you stepped up and provided me hands down the greatest defense I or anyone for that matter could have possibly asked for. You literally saved... my life and my 41 year career. I am forever in your debt and there is no words to express my gratitude in all you did for me. You are a true professional who cares dearly for those you represent. I will and would recommend you and your firm to anyone needing help for a DUI offense or any other legal issues falling under your areas of the law. Thanks again for all you did for me and again I remain forever grateful. Best dui attorney

I will start off by saying if you have been charged with a dui and you are reading this about Brian Sloan. Stop right now and save yourself time and frustration. You will not find a better attorney for the money, Brian represented me for a dui I got back in February and I am so grateful I chose him.... Mr. Sloan was respectful and communicated with me through the entire process of my dui. At the end of everything I ended up having my Dui dismissed and I do not think there would have been a better attorney to represent me. This should go without saying. No one dui is alike; they all have their differences. but if you want the best chance at a better outcome hire Mr. Sloan you will not be disappointed

Trust Worthy

I was facing what I learned to be very serious penalties. I lived in one town in one state for over 5 decades. I felt completely alone in finding help/representation for MySelf, all the People to network with were across the country. That said; I started looking on the web for representation...-----I started and continued to read Attorney Brian D. Sloan's summary of services. I found it direct and to the point in a positive manner. Everything is laid out including court schedule and at what point payments were due. "The Plan" if you will. I wrote the incident in the provided place on Attorney Sloan's Web Page -and- I received a phone call the following day for a scheduled one(1) hour consultation, no strings attached, no fees just help & support is how I felt. The process is kind of confusing and long in AZ yet Attorney Sloan took care of much more than I expected which was such a relief, as I have not ever been charged with this. I was kept appraised of all that was coming. Attorney Brian D. Sloan answered my questions minutes at times. Following the "Commonly Asked Questions" is not fun yet it worked lol. In closing being in a different state and being confused a bit by AZ's Laws had absolutely no bearing on The Representation I Received THROUGH OUT THE PROCESS. I have the utmost respect for Attorney Brian D. Sloan as His Knowledge and Experience carried this case to a better than ever expected outcome, for which I am grateful. Best Decision

Getting pulled over for a DUI was a traumatic experience for me. The unknowns and what-ifs in the first few days were very difficult. I didn't know where to turn for help with the process. I did a fairly extensive search on attorney options and most were just ridiculously expensive and out of reach f...inancially. In my search I came upon Brian's website and his fees were easily the more reasonable option, and he offered flexibility with a payment plan. In my first phone call with him he explained exactly what the process would be and the most likely outcome of my eventual sentencing. Brian immediately went to work navigating the court dates that were coming my way and was always personally available via text, email, or phone call with an almost immediate response time. Any questions or unknowns I had along the way were addressed very promptly. Brian attended the first several court dates on my behalf which was huge. My favorite of all the things he had to say was "go about your life". And that's what sums up the whole experience with Brian. You are able to go about your life and let a professional do what he does best. I've helped to build and service hundreds of structures as a seasoned electrician, but put a pile of paperwork in front of me, and I'm quickly lost. When it came time for my sentencing date, Brian was right there beside me the entire time explaining every signature and document. He had already negotiated a plea deal with the prosecutor which eliminated a lot of fees and costs, dismissed all but one of the counts, reduced jail time to near nothing, and reduced my charge. He made what would have been a stressful day actually quite comfortable. Out of the entire experience, more valuable than money or jail time, Brian saved me a TON of emotional well being during what could have been a much more confusing and anxious time. And he continues to be available even after sentencing as I navigate the requirements that need to be fulfilled. If you are on the fence or questioning whether to get legal help, look no further. I am so happy I chose Brian instead of becoming a number and a gold mine to some giant law firm. Thanks again Brian!
