Attorney Brian Sloan

I can’t say enough good things about Attorney Brian Sloan! When I was facing my underage DUI case, I was constantly stressed and worried. But whenever I was freaking out thinking the worst, all I had to do was message him, and he was always there to help me through it. On top of that, his prices are ...the best around! Best Lawyer Out There!

I am so happy that I made the decision to hire Brian as my attorney. I read all of his positive reviews on multiple sites and figured I would give him a call. We set up a free consultation and already he made me feel at ease. He never sugar coated anything so I was well prepared. I had caused an a...ccident and was close to getting an extreme per my blood results. I am grateful that no one was injured but it all has been a huge wake up call for me. I was facing four charges and Brian was able to get all but the BAC over 0.08 dismissed. Last minute, at my plea agreement, he was also able to reduce fines and jail time to just one day. Please follow his advice on getting ahead of taking classes. I am very happy to have had him in my corner. These mistakes can happen and I wouldn't have known what to do if it wasn't for him. He even attenede the first few court dates without me. You only need to attend the last one. I've had a couple of hiccups along the way (per judge orders) but Brian assured me that everything was okay. I suffer from anxiety and Brian was always able to answer my emails and text messages and not make me feel like I was bothering him. Trust that he works hard to help you and really does fight for you. If you're on the fence if you should hire an attorney, I would always and forever choose Brian Sloan to represent me.

Brian Sloan is Reliable

I had a previous attorney prior to hiring Brian. I wasted thousands of dollars on the previous firm with minimal communication and always felt like I was struggling to get any info regarding my case or understand the process. Halfway through this process, I decided it be in my best interest to take a... chance on someone else which is when I found Brian Sloan. He was a complete 180 with his excellent communication and always readily accessible if need be. This was an extremely scary time for me as I had never been through anything like this and Brian never made me fell less than. He was realistic with me the whole time. He never over-promised anything but behind the scenes he was always working hard to get me the best out-come. In the end I had all charges but one dropped which was down to a regular DUI. It could have been worse. I am grateful that I made the move from the other law firm to have Brian represent me. It was well worth it! Having to go through this experience was not easy but knowing that I had Brian in my corner, working on my behalf to do everything he could to help me is what anyone would want in a lawyer. It’s very hard when you know nothing from one lawyer to the next because they all say they are the best, but I hope this helps anyone who reads this to be able to make Brian as their choice when looking for a needle in a haystack because he is an honest and good lawyer who really cares about his clients.
