High Quality Representation

After I received my DUI, I immediately began the search for an attorney. After sifting through the internet and reading several articles of "what to look for in an attorney", I came across Brian Sloan's page. He was the only attorney I contacted that wanted to meet face to face prior to engagement. ...From the first meeting Brian's expertise was evident, and became the biggest reason we ultimately elected to go with his services. His payment plan and fees were more than reasonable, and gave us options other competitors did not. Brian was able to guide me through one of the most difficult times in my life and helped me to take the necessary steps to remedy my mistake from day one. Brian was an invaluable resource to have as I went through this and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

Phenomenal Lawyer

If there is one word to describe the representation of Brian Sloan it would be phenomenal. Not only was he consistent and organized but he made sure to always keep me informed about my case at all times. Anytime I had a question he would respond in a timely manner. This was my first DUI and I was sca...red to say the least. Upon Brain reviewing my case he made me feel comfortable and explained the steps I needed to take in order to give me my best chance in court. He was able to provide me the best plea deal in court as I followed his instructions along the way. Needless to say I feel extremely grateful for the way things worked out. Attorney Sloan is the BEST

Attorney Brian Sloan is incredible. My experience with him was simple. He puts everything on the table and in black and white terms. Attorney Sloan worked out the plea agreement of a lifetime for me. I could have been facing SERIOUS charges. I strongly believe that if I would have chosen a public def...ender over Attorney Sloan I'd be looking at much worse. If you're trying to decide on a DUI lawyer...he is your guy! You will be thankful in the end. Trust me. I will forever remember what he was able to arrange for me and feel I have a second chance at life.

Brian Sloan

Brian is a great lawyer who knows the law and how the court works. In my case he helped me deal with complicated matters being I was not a resident of Arizona and had an out of state license. I was facing an extreme DUI charge but Brian was able get all my charges dismissed (extremely rare) except ...a minor traffic violation which I had to pay no fine for. Brian was extremely helpful and answered all my questions during a really tough time for me. I recommend his services to anyone with a DUI charge and can not thank him enough for what he did for me.

Highly Recommended

When my incident occurred I was completely lost. I had never been in this kind of situation before and I was worried about the future ramifications. Information online was all over the place, so I had no idea what to expect. Out of panic and shock I made some decisions that I regretted. A couple days... later a close friend strongly recommended I contact Brian for a free consultation - it was sage advice. Brian is very knowledgeable and efficient, never wasting anybody's time while simultaneously not rushing you to make any decisions (including selecting him as your attorney). He definitely goes above and beyond, which would only be possible with his thorough knowledge of the law and lay of the land. Brian took the time to alleviate my earlier mistakes and address even minor penalties that other lawyers would just let the client eat - in my case he practically paid for himself. I can say definitively that I felt more and more confident in my selection of Brian as the process unfolded. Though I doubted what was going on more than once, things proceeded just as Brian predicted. He was very responsive and transparent when I was anxious or had a question, something that is sorely lacking in his profession. In following his guidance I ended up with what I believe was the best possible outcome for my situation. I couldn't believe the stories I heard from other people that had similar cases - outlandish fees, opaque lawyer responses, disproportionate outcomes, and clients left scared and in the dark. Two of the court clerks even commented on the fact that Brian was representing me, and indicated how good he is at following the rigmarole that is our judicial system, so others also hold him in high regard. I am very thankful to my friend for recommending Brian, and I am very grateful that Brian helped me. If you are in a situation where Brian's expertise might be beneficial, I highly recommend you retain him as your attorney and listen to his advice, he knows what he's talking about.
