Excellent Attorney

Petrified and scared to death after getting arrested, I was frantically interviewing several DUI attorneys not knowing who I should or shouldn’t choose. Brian, caught my attention with his great reviews, ( although, still skeptical), I decided to call him not thinking he’d answer on a Sunday, Holid...ay weekend. He answered immediately and was very informative, took his time-and confirmed my decision immediately to hire him to represent me. Not only was Brian so reliable through text, phone, email, but also very intelligent with the Law and very assuring that everything would be ok and that it was ok that people make mistakes as long as you learn from it and never let it happen again. He saved me a great deal of time in jail, plus he was able to waive my jail costs, taking a huge weight off my shoulders... Although I still have to pay for my awful mistake, and not looking forward to this next year, I couldn’t be more grateful for Brian and what he was able to do to help me. I will forever recommend him to anyone out there who was just as confused and petrified as I was. Forever Grateful!!

Glad I Found Attorney Brian Sloan

I am fortunate to have come across Attorney Brian Sloan. He managed my case efficiently with little involvement from me. He walked me through every step and secured a very favorable plea bargain. The best DUI Attorney

I work at a high level within a large company. The thought that I could ever get a DUI / leaving the scene of an accident arrest was beyond my wildest imagination. But due to a set of crazy circumstances it happened. I researched to find the best DUI attorney and Brian Sloan turned out the be who ...I selected. Best decision I ever made. Brian got my sentence drastically reduced and took care of all the details for me. He did exactly what he said he would do. Every time I texted or emailed him he responded promptly and answered all my questions. Hire Brian if you're arrested for suspected DUI

I was arrested and looking at a DUI with additional charges. After reading reviews about Brian, I hired him and am so grateful I did. He managed to get me a deal and by following his advice, I did zero jail time. On top of all that, his rates are affordable, so I didn’t have to worry about sky high a...ttorney fees on top of the cost of a DUI. Throughout the entire process, he answered every email and text promptly and made sure I understood everything each step of the way. The Best

Hiring Brian Sloan was the best decision. After being arrested for a DUI, I immediately did my research on a lawyer. I was freaking out and thought my life was ruined. For every question that I searched, the first link always led me to Brian Sloan. I read all of his testimonials thinking “this must b...e too good to be true. I couldn’t be so lucky to have the same results.” Throughout our first meeting I felt so comfortable hiring him as my lawyer. You can tell by the way he speaks that he is very well versed in all things DUI. He represented me in all hearings and always kept me up to date. He replied to my emails/texts well within 24 hours. At the last appearance, I was required to go. He made me feel comfortable in knowing what was going to happen. When we went into the courtroom, all other lawyers came up to say hi, as if everyone knew him. I could tell they all respected him. Brian was very realistic from the beginning about what outcomes could be possible. In the end, he was able to reduce both of my charges. He was also able to keep me from paying higher insurance, jail time, and he also kept my license from being suspended! I would definitely recommend Brian.
