I got my DUI on a Saturday night. No accident but was pulled over for suspected DUI which resulted in 4 charges of DUI. I was terrified. Jail! Fines! What have I done.... I knew I needed to get an attorney but how would I go about choosing! That night I texted a friend that had recently gotte...n a DUI and asked for a referral. He gave me Brian's name. Sunday morning I logged onto Brian's website scouring the information, looking at conviction information and reading testimonials. The fact that DUI's is ALL he does made sense. I wanted someone who could help me. I was scared, didn't know what to expect. I filled out the free initial consultation form on the website and hear back within minutes, on a Sunday! I was relieved. I was able to get my consultation that afternoon. Based on my charges he told me what I could get by law, daunting... But then he told me what he thought he could do for me. I immediately hired him. Realizing I had lost my freedom to drive freely was eye opening. It had been so long since I had remembered it is a privilege not a right. I just went to court and Brian was able to work a plea agreement where most of my charges were dropped, including the harshest one. He was able to get me the lowest DUI fee, lower my jail time and keep me from getting the SR22 insurance for 3 years. Brian is very responsive, straight forward and honest. I highly suggest him to help your case.

DUI Case

Brian is a consummate professional and is extremely thorough in everything he does. He is brilliant at navigating all of the issues and has to be the best DUI attorney in the state. He never keeps you in the dark and dissects your case with precision all while updating you at every step of the way,... every detail. He creates and undertakes a large case review of all the facts. If there is a hole in your case, he will find it. If there isn’t he is very knowledgeable and can navigate the system to get you as favorable as an outcome as possible. He makes sure to get in front of everything as to show the prosecutor you are cooperative and take the matter seriously. I am a first time offender with no criminal background. I am a high contributor to society and not a criminal. I was facing a legitimate uphill battle being a first offender. I was terrified they were going to throw the book at me. Brian was able to get most of the charges dropped and get my plea down to a regular DUI and nothing else. He was phenomenal in getting almost every single thing done in my favor outside of a dismissal (which I never would of had). The police report against me was detrimental. Consequently, they wrote an extremely bad police report that shed me in an absolute negative light. Still Brian was able to magically get an amazing plea deal as well as certain things the day of sentencing. His retainer fees are also extremely fair and you're much better off going with him than a large firm that just considers you a number and just runs you through the system. You won’t be disappointed and it will be the best money ever spent, in fact he will end up saving you money. If you ever get in trouble and are a good citizen, do yourself a favor and hire Brian. His accolades are well earned.

Above and beyond!

If you are ever faced with the very unfortunate experience of receiving a dui I'd highly recommend you not face it alone and contact Brian. From the very first time I met him for my free consultation he was very polite and transparent, he laid out all the possibilities of my case and what I could be ...facing. Outstanding
