Highly Recommended!

I would like to highly recommend attorney Brian Sloan to represent anyone that is facing a DUI charge. Brian was amazingly responsive, with texts, emails or phone calls returned in hours if not minutes. He knows the DUI process and court system inside and out and was able to get me what I believe was... the best outcome possible. His fee agreement is reasonable, he is honest, direct and very good at presenting potential outcomes. I could not be more satisfied with the service he provided and the manner in which he provided it.

He saved me...If you are in serious need of help with DUI PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A CALL!

I don't even know where to begin. I had been under a whole lot of stress due the pandemic, loosing 6 family members within a 3 month span. So figured I would attend a sporting event, to try and take my mind off of things. During the event I had way too much to drink and made a terrible decision to ge...t behind the wheel. I only made it a few miles down the road before I caused a severe accident and completely totaled my new car. Officers came to the scene, I blew high, and was arrested and taken to jail. I began to see my life flashing right by; reflecting on what mess I had just created. The only good news coming out of this was knowing everyone was safe in the other vehicle I had wrecked into. Other than that I had a whole world wind of problems on hand! After I got out of jail, I knew the severity of the mess that I had created and I knew that I was going to need professional help to try and help get through this. He offered a very reasonable/affordable payment plan. He attended my first 4 court dates for me without me even having to be present. (I did not have to worry about driving 1 hour away and taking time off of work). He filed a motion with MVD to keep me driving over 6 months after getting my DUI. (That was huge because I had to be getting back and fourth to work to help provide funds for this case). He provided comfort, advise and guidance with helping me get thru this letting me know that everything was going to be okay. He was then able to get me an incredible plea agreement! Super Attorney Brian D. Sloan got me an astonishing plea agreement. Not to mention he wiped away a 3-year SR-22 requirement and set aside my DUI conviction. I am very happy with my decision to hire attorney Brian Sloan as my representation for my Arizona DUI case. Brian made a very stressful process as streamlined as easy to understand as possible, provided excellent representation and results in the court room with the judge hearing my case, all while d...oing so for a fair price. From the beginning, Brian answered my numerous questions and eased my qualms and anxieties of what to expect during each phase of the DUI process. He recommended which courses and tasks to complete prior to arriving court, which was very well received by the judge hearing my case. Brian helped me enter a fair plea and overall I was as pleased as one can be with the outcome of my case. The morning after being arrested for a DUI, I felt my world crushing in around me. I had no idea what I needed to do or if I could even afford to get a lawyer, but I knew I needed help. I immediately started researching lawyers online and called a few until I came across Mr. Sloan’s website. The fi...rst thing that struck my attention was the straightforward narrative of his services. Mr. Sloan only handles DUIs and has a no-nonsense payment plan which he explains up front so there are no surprises throughout the process. How his billing differs from others is he divides his services into phases. Each phase tells you what is covered. You know exactly what he is doing with your money and there is no vague ‘billable’ hours so you always know where you stand. Mr. Sloan also kept me more than well-informed with all the ‘ifs, ands or buts’ of what could and may happen. Mr. Sloan left no room for me to feel uncomfortable or cheated. He provided me an A-Z account of what to expect throughout each step of the process so there was little question or stress on my part. I have never been in trouble with the law before and hiring Mr. Sloan was one of the best decisions I have made. He was able to obtain a fantastic deal for me which in turn, gave me more time with my family and little repercussion after the fact. Couldn't Ask For Better Representation

I went out and had a few drinks at a bar down the road from me. I unfortunately made a bad decision and chose to drive home. I was pulled over and arrested for suspicion of drunk driving. The next morning, I made a few Google searches and I am so thankful to have found Mr. Sloan. Just looking at his ...reviews had me sold. I emailed him for the consultation and that same morning, we discussed everything going forward. Any questions I had, were always answered promptly and professionally. I know that I made a huge mistake and prayed for an outcome that I was fortunate to get. My DUI was dropped in a plea agreement, to a reckless driving. No jail time, no interlock, a $250 fine and a 30 day suspension and hopefully a 60 day restricted. Without a doubt, Mr. Sloan was the best choice for my situation. He was amazing, professional, thorough and detailed throughout the process. I highly recommend Mr. Sloan's services!!
