Not a resident of Arizona - Very Efficient & Straightforward

Mr. Sloan did an excellent job handling my DUI case. I am not a resident of Arizona and unfortunately I got pulled over while visiting. He was quick to respond to my call and made arrangements to meet with me before I left the state. He was very upfront and realistic about my situation and provided... me counsel immediately. Brian was able to handle my case without me having to return to Arizona for any of the court appearances and arranged for the resolution of my case via teleconference. He kept me updated on the status of my case in a timely manner and responded to my questions quickly. Even though I did ultimately plead guilty Brian did a great job and was able to work with the prosecutor to lessen my penalties.

Realistic and Efficient

Brian was incredibly helpful in navigating the paperwork, court proceedings and the small details that helped saved me time and money. I had no idea what to expect going into this and he gave me realistic expectations and specific instructions to resolve my situation in an expeditious manner.

Look no further. Problem solved.

I was picked up on a 2nd DUI offense that fell within the seven year time frame. Pretty serious charge. Looked at several lawyers, and there was only one that I felt was good enough. I was right. Brian Sloan is an expert in the field. He isn't going to make promises, he tells you like it is, but can ...put you at ease. I never needed to attend court except the last date. His mastery of negotiating got the charge dropped to a first offense. This was in a jurisdiction where something like that is almost impossible. Couldn't believe it at first. I'm very grateful for his hard work and dedication. Should you find yourself facing a DUI charge, just call Brian, and leave the rest to him. You really need not look any further. Definitely a 10 out of 10 ranking question. You won't be left in the dark. He responds to all texts, calls and emails. Hands down the best.

Exceptional Attorney!!

Brian is an intelligent and excellent attorney He is very knowledgeable about DUI law in Arizona, and his experiences shows in the courtroom. I live in Colorado, and he made this stressful process easier to complete. Brian was able to get me a great plea deal and worked relentlessly to get my plea... reduced to the minimum requirements. He was able to get the court to allow me to complete all of my plea deal requirements in my home state. Brian helped me with the MVD process as well. I feel Brian did an outstanding job and would highly recommend him to anyone facing DUI charges in Arizona.
