Do not leave your future to luck, hire Brian D. Sloan

I was very lucky to have chosen Brian D. Sloan to represent me in my DUI case. His fees were affordable, he is extremely knowledgeable, and was always available to address any concerns. He was able to negotiate a plea that saved my freedom, my reputation, my license, and thousands of dollars in fin...es. I definitely recommend him on a DUI case.

Brian did an excellent job representing me

Brian did an excellent job representing me. He was always prompt in responding to calls and texts. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking professional, knowledgeable legal services. He was always willing to discuss my case and answer any questions or concerns I had concerning my case.

I hired the wrong private lawyer, fired him, hired Brian, and got a much better sentence

I received an extreme DUI, and like probably everyone else, I didn't know which way to turn. I originally retained another lawyer to negotiate a plea and set up all court scheduled dates. After the initial meeting with the other attorney, we spoke on the phone a few times with him telling me what th...e maximum penalties I could face. A little later he called and said that he had talked to the prosecutor, and was able to get a good deal. Not knowing much about the system, I figured that was that. Wrong! A few days passed and as I thought about it, I thought I would just call a couple of other attorneys, and explain my circumstances to see what they have to say. Luckily I reached Brian, who is willing to talk to me even though two other attorneys basically wanted nothing to do with me when I told them that I was already represented. Brian initially told me that he thought it would not be worth it to hire a different attorney this late in the game, and that it would be a waste of money, but after I explained the plea agreement that the other attorney had arranged for me, Brian said that he knew he could do better. It was a big decision, but I fired my first lawyer, hired Brian, we went to court, and Brian got me exactly what he said he would get me. Brian was able to cut my jail and home detention time in more than half. In the final analysis - hire Brian. He knows what he's doing. He concentrates on DUI and will have your best interests at heart.

When it comes to DWI Representation Brian Sloan is the Best Bar None!!!

Brian handled an issue for my minor son in Gilbert. He was everything and more a mother could ask for! He was professional, frank, well versed in both the law, legal system and the Gilbert Courts. His initial evaluation of the case was spot on and he was successful in having all charges dropped. ...I can't recomend him more highly!

You should definitely contact Mr. Sloan.

I would like to share with you the superb experience I had dealing with my DUI Attorney Brian Sloan. I received an Extreme DUI charge, and I did not know what to do. I was facing tremendous fines, jail time and the possibility of losing my employment. I spoke with Mr. Sloan and after I explained m...y circumstances, he explained how he would defend the case. I was immediately put at ease and understood I was dealing with a true expert and professional. Without Mr. Sloan, I believe I would be sitting in jail right now. Dealing with a DUI in Arizona is definitely not a do it yourself project. You should definitely contact Mr. Sloan.
