DUI Defense While On Holiday

Once I read Arja's reviews, I contacted her immediately after being pulled over for DUI over a holiday weekend. She took my call and spent almost two hours with me over the course of the weekend even though she was out of town with her family. I found Arja to be very easy to speak with and she did n...ot make me feel bad about my mistake. Arja is highly knowledgeable when it comes to DUI charges and also was helpful with handling the DMV side of things. My driver’s license was suspended for less time because of Arja and I was able get just 3 days home detention instead of 30 days jail.

Terrible experience

I didn’t like the representation she provided. She didn’t give me the impression she cared about my case, in fact the she handled it felt like she just wanted my money, ask the prosecutor for a deal, didn’t get one and wanted me to plead guilty. I ended getting a new lawyer and a favorable deal. I wo...uld never recommend her service to anyone.

This person (under Fredonia Justice Court, Case J-0303-TR-2019000036) was arrested and charged with DUI in May of 2019, and had his Commercial Drivers License. Since he had his CDL and wanted to be able to drive for work, we requested an MVD Hearing for August 20th, 2019. The Officer showed up at the MVD hearing, we crossed examined him and was able to show that he could not meet the scope of the hearing and WE WON the MVD side. Client was able to continue to drive. Client thought the case was completely gone, however the Case was still ongoing as we explained. The prosecutor would not budge on the offer, so we had a choice to go to trial, or take the presented offer. It was discussed in great detail with Client that if we took the case to trial, the offer could potentially change. Client decided to hire another attorney at that point and take the case to trial, almost a year later in July 2020, during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Since the courts are not empaneling juries and giving reduced penalties, he accepted a different offer than originally presented. We have seen many times that highly-reduced offers being given due to COVID-19. It had nothing to do with the representation of our firm. While we have a very successful track record of victories (over 2,700 in Arizona), results from a law firm can never be guaranteed. This Client appears to have a different perspective.

Hired Arja to Handle My Case

Arja is the most caring attorney you can find out there. I was so nervous that my life was ruined when this happened. Couldn't sleep, was a wreck. I thought I would lose my job, be distanced from my family and everything I had worked so hard for. I searched and spoke to several attorneys that came up... first on searches. Several attorneys were rude on the phone and didn’t want to take the time to find out what happened. From the moment I spoke to Arja, I knew I had found the person I would hire. She was extremely knowledgable about the DUI process and you can tell she has been handling these cases for a long time. Throughout the process she was amazing. I didn’t have to go to court as she went for me and she even saved me from having a license suspended by requesting a hearing and winning at the hearing. My DUI ended up being dropped from a dui to a reckless driving so I never had to get an interlock or do any jail time. I was amazed how hard she fought my case and what she achieved. From the time I hired her throughout every step of the process I felt so comfortable. I would hire and recommend Arja to anyone. Seriously look no further.

Illegal Stop

I was illegally stopped coming home from an event in Scottsdale. The police officer was really difficult with me and made I knew that I was going to get charged with what would have been my second DUI arrest in 7 years. I hired Arja after reading reviews on her website and seeing her case results. Ar...ja's fee was reasonable compared to other attorneys that I spoke with and she was very approachable. During my case, Arja spoke with the "officer" and found legal issues with my stop. I am so thankful to have hired Arja and would recommend her to anyone who has a charge.
