Look no further! Knowledgeable. Creative. Aggressive.

In reviewing a lot of attorneys to work on a 20+ year old case for me I decided upon working with Heideman & Associates. Pairing up and working with both Justin Heideman and Justin Elswick has been such a relief. They are both willing to talk face-to-face or over the phone whenever there were questio...ns or to obtain a status update on the case.  It was great to review my case with them and to listen to both Justin’s brainstorm on various approaches to finally resolve this difficult case. They quickly dug into the case and came up with several approaches. In working with the other party, Justin and Justin knew which approach would be best and were aggressive to quickly push for a resolution which was just incredible. Great work and would highly recommend them!

Road trip trouble

Justin stayed on top of my case and charges and was able to get the best case scenario for me. While passing through UT, I called 911 to report being threatened by a man who possibly had a firearm, while we were staying at a cabin near Cedar city. Of course because I look like I’m in my twenties (I’m... nearly 40!), the cop turned the situation around on me, threatened me, my spouse, and our friends cabin and forced us to produce a very small amount of medical marijuana. Long story short, Justin was able to reduce my sentence to a hearty fine and 6months probation. UT is notorious for slamming people for minor infractions like this. Notice how they didn’t care that we were threatened on our own private property, with a weapon (held the gun behind his back), forgot to mention that the medical marijuana was help in my wife’s make up bag, while she stated it was hers, and I was the one sighted for it. So in summation, stay out of UT. But if you happen to get screwed while your passing through and need an aggressive, thoughtful, experienced attorney, Justin is you man.

An attorney who sincerely cares

Justin Heideman is a great attorney. He truly cares about his clients and is incredibly intelligent and understands the legal system well. He helped us through a difficult "dog at large" case and has always been there for us when we needed legal advice. I highly recommend Justin and I will go back... to him anytime we need any legal help.

Great work! Very Efficient!

I had an issue that needed to be dealt with quickly and Justin Heideman got back to me within a few hours with the answers I needed. He also provided me with additional options for solutions. I will definitely work with him in the future.
