Very Satisfied Experience

Justin knows the law. He is straight with you about your legal concern and he is fair. We would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Brilliant Lawyer

Mr. Heideman represented me in a criminal case (traffic ticket), which is not something he normally does. He reviewed the law and was knowledgable enough to get my case dismissed. His argumentation and logic was impeccably presented in a respectful, yet assertive manner. I was in awe at his skill ...to think quickly on his feet and argue clearly and concisely.

Worst Attorney Ever!!!

A textbook example of a dishonest attorney. If you're facing a difficult time and need genuine legal support, look elsewhere. I made the mistake of trusting Justin, and it turned my already stressful situation into a nightmare. He'll say all the right things up front to gain your trust and secure you...r money—but once he has it, you're on your own. Communication disappears, no progress is made, and frustration builds. I’ve completely lost any confidence and trust I once had in him. In my experience, he’s not an advocate fighting for justice—he’s a con artist trying to scam you out of as much money as possible. The gaslighting is truly next level. Without question, the worst attorney I’ve ever hired. You'll be better off representing yourself. Even if Justin offered his services for free, I still wouldn’t hire him—because working with him feels like a guaranteed failure.

This is plainly not an actual client. Anyone who knows Heideman & Associates is aware that this firm offers direct cell phone access to its attorneys and that the firm's policy mandates a response to any text message on the same day it is received, as well as a return phone call within 24 hours. Mr. Heideman has received hundreds, if not thousands, of compliments over the years for his efforts to return calls and maintain communication. It is truly unfortunate when someone poses as a client in an effort to slander a person or business. This comment is most likely from an opposing party that was successfully prosecuted by the firm. Heideman & Associates appreciates and values all of its clients, and their successful track record speaks for itself.

BE WARNED!

This is not an honest man. Justin actually told me to sign and return a contract that he hadn't even read! When I realized there was not one single redline or change, I pressed him to see if he'd even looked it over. At first, he texted back yes. But when I kept pushing, he said he'd only checked th...e deal points and they "looked inline." THEN, when I reacted with outrage because I'd nearly signed a document that contained language that wasn't in the previous contract and would've committed me to more than what I'd agreed to do, he essentially admitted he hadn't read it at all and told me I knew the deal points best so I should vet it myself! What? Vetting the contract was what I was paying him to do! And after I fired him, he puffed up his hours to take almost all the retainer money, even though he'd done barely anything. Do yourself a big favor and stay away!

When a comment like this is posted, I attempt to take time to reflect on how I could have performed better. However, this comment is so completely inaccurate, out of line, and just utterly wrong that all I can say is thank you for taking the time to post a review, and I sincerely hope you find a higher level of joy in your future interactions with whomever you attempt to work with.
