An attorney who sincerely cares

Justin Heideman is a great attorney. He truly cares about his clients and is incredibly intelligent and understands the legal system well. He helped us through a difficult "dog at large" case and has always been there for us when we needed legal advice. I highly recommend Justin and I will go back... to him anytime we need any legal help.

Pit bull

Tenacious, knowledgeable, helpful. He went to bat for us, and got a great outcome! Since then, we've referred several people who got the help they needed, in a timely fashion. I'd definitely use him again!

What an attorney should be!

Justin and his firm were hired to help me and my business partner with a sticky situation. From the very first meeting, we could tell how knowledgable he was and we knew he was the right attorney for us. Through the whole process, he has been there for us, which can be a hassle because I always hav...e a lot of questions. He is patient, understanding, and he cares about his clients. We have already begun working with him on another matter, and we look forward to a long relationship with Justin and his firm. I highly recommend him!

Justin Heideman comes HIGHLY recommended!

My family is under contract with 'renters' to purchase our parents property. After six months of no payments or communication from the 'renters', I filed a complaint ProSe with the District Court. The legal docs went back and forth between us and them for several months. The 'renters' had appa...rently ran a title search on the property and discovered a lien attached from the State. After our mother had passed away, four years prior, medicare had put a lien on the property, without any notice to our family. The 'renters' had discovered this and instead of notifying us, they simply quit paying the payments. At this point, we had decided that things were getting too complicated to handle on our own. That is when we hired Justin Heideman. He communicated with the 'renters' attorney and things began to happen. Mr. Heideman was able to get the lien released from the State, something that should have taken up to six weeks and took only a few days, and was basically an impossible task. Because the lien was the basis of the 'renters' counterclaim, Justin got us all the back rent payments, back taxes, and a portion of his attorneys fees paid by them. I would highly recommend Justin Heideman for any complicated legal issue. He has teeth and he makes things happen. He is very professional in his dealings and does what he says he will do, something not all attorneys do. I will definetly retain him in the future if necessary,
