Robert Cummings is an incredible attorney!! He stands behind his clients 100%. He takes the time to review cases with you and educate you on the laws and he plays the, outcomes for you. His knowledge of the law and case referencing is incredible. He is very honest with your time and money. He is not afraid to tell you that the case will go no where or if you are just better off settling the case. I feel thats his main concern is that you keep your money in your pocket rather than paying him dollars to chase pennies.
We had a case where we won a settlement against a previous client, and in our out reach to collect money from her. She decide that she would try to sue us for distress and in the blink of an eye Robert was all over it.
Roberts communication skills are incredible and hope I will one day be to his level. When you are suppose to provide him information or documents he sends you reminders. He is very good about making sure things are taken care of before the deadline, he does not let things slip though the cracks. I had a problem that came up and I shot him a text message and within an hours time the problem was solved. He does not like to waste your time or money!! I high recommend him his drive, honesty, and knowledge puts him miles above all other attorney’s!!

Robert isn't just an Attorney, he is a confidante, listener, advisor, and someone who puts the clients needs before his own. I had the unfortunate experience of going into a court room battle, but the silver lining was Robert's conviction to my case. He handled it with pure professionalism. The outcome of my case was better than I could have expected. I recommend Robert to my own clients, friends, and even my family.

Another attorney filed a $100,000 "defamation" suit against me for a negative yelp.com review that I wrote. Of the probably two dozen attorneys I talked with, Robert was the only one who simultaneously displayed the following: 1) respect for the law, the Constitution, and its amendments, 2) willingness to take the case... many attorneys won't defend you against another attorney, no matter how specious the claim, 3) responsive via phone AND email, 4) comparatively affordable retainer, 5) targeted and efficient, 6) genuinely wanted me to talk with other attorneys about the case, and 7) began advising me and working on my behalf before I actually retained him. At time of writing, he's already achieved a win in the Temporary Restraining Order hearing.

Robert is a brilliant, hard working attorney who is fiercely dedicated to his clients. I routinely consult with him on a variety of legal issues. In my opinion, Robert is one of the elite legal minds in the community. I am confident that when I refer cases to Robert they are in good hands.
