I met with Peyton regarding the formation of a LLC for my job as a flight instructor. Sharing a common background in aviation, Peyton was very helpful in explaining my options (S Corp vs. LLC, etc) and what would be necessary for both, as well as the responsibilities required afterward. His background as a tax attorney, as well, was very helpful with regards to being an independent contractor. I haven't had any tax issues but I would definitely feel comfortable recommending him for aviation issues. I feel like I took the right first step in meeting with Peyton.

Used Mr. Robinson for some complicated tax advice and planning. He was very thorough and reasonable on an hourly rate for the type of work he does.

Peyton Robinson was the most efficient and informative toward my case. He has several years of experience. I am confident in his representation, particularly because he is a licensed and experienced pilot. It is important to emphasize, he is a well rounded professional.
I contacted Peyton Robinson for a flight school related case. In this case, my goal was to recover the remainder of a purchased flight time block. With the information I had received: better rate advertisement on same aircraft and question of the legality of agreement, I was confident in disputing this matter with Peyton Robinson. His research, experience and representation was professional. I am very grateful to have found him in Utah.
Any pilot in Utah, who desires representation on an aviation related case or FAA enforcement action related case, I highly recommend Peyton Robinson.
Peyton Robinson is a professional. He is humble, friendly, and has affordable rates for aviators.
Overall rating--definitely top representation among Salt Lake City lawyers.

I endorse Mr. Robinson. With dozens and dozens of very well written and still concise and to the point published answers to questions at Avvo.com and the praise of other attorneys for his knowledge of the law and skill in handling it, it is easy to recommend him to you. He knows the law and his posts here show that he likes making sure his clients understand their rights and obligations too. If you have a question about tax matters, he is your answer. I highly recommend him to you.
