Complicated Legal Issues

Brian was the only attorney that came up with some creative ideas in order to try and solve my case. He explained the cost and risk involved but it was the only way forward presented by an attorney.

Divorce Madness

I listened to a couple of my friends and took advantage of Brian’s free consultation concerning my divorce situation. He was the first attorney to give me concrete ideas. I hired him and was thankful I did. My case got under control and I was able to get some good results.

Custody Battle

I had a horrible custody situation. Parent time was being denied. The children were not wanting to come over. Brian told me how to handle the situation and what experts to get in order to prove my case. It took time but it was worth it.

Divorce Attorney in Salt Lake City

Divorce Proceedings

I tried to do my divorce myself and was failing. I needed someone that knew the process and judges. After doing research I chose Brian. it was a great fit. He knew the process and knew how to approach the situation. His staff was great. He is busy but I know understand why.

Fought for me on my criminal case

I will not put my name for specific reasons but Brian listened to my opinion and facts and fought for me. At first it seemed the prosecutor did not care but Brian kept coming up with different ways to approach the case. It worked out great and came to a great solution.

Alimony Issues

I needed to modify how much I was paying in Alimony. I found Brian on Avvo and was impressed from the first meeting. His paralegal Jen is first class. He told me it could be a long process but highlighted what could be done to hopefully get it done faster. He also explained the cost/benefit of modifying alimony. I was able to get a quick and good result. Thank you to Brian and his Staff!

Fixed my Divorce action

I hired Brian in the middle of my divorce action. It involved custody and alimony. On the custody he know the custody evaluators and explained which ones he thought would be right for my case. Alimony was settled in a fair manner after Brian educated me on the financials and law. I wish I would have hired Brian in the beginning.

Creative and Researched my DUI

I came in to do a consultation with Brian on a DUI case. Right away Brian started to notice holes in my case. Brian really listened and realized that explaining and teaching me on the law helped the case. He found ways to help get me a better result. He also informed me of things he could try and the cost associated with such tactics. He would also explain how likely he thought certain tactics would work. I got a great result in my DUI that I did not think was possible. Brian was very helpful and aggressive in getting my case to a good outcome that I understood.

Divorce Done!

My divorce was done wrong from the beginning. I called and had a consultation with Brian. Creative in getting to outcome

I hired Brian for a custody modification. Brian went through all my different options including him giving me his opinion on custody evaluators he felt that were best for my case and facts. His staff was fantastic. His paralegal was there to help if Brian was in court. I got a great outcome in my case not far from what Brian predicted. He did a great job. He listened to my goals and was honest with me in my risks. I would hire again.

AMAZING ATTORNEY!! Highly Recommend!!

Brian was great in representing me in my divorce. Best Attorney Money Can Buy!

Brian Arnold was the best attorney I've ever had! I had 2 other attorneys before him that really caused me some grief with my child custody case I was going through. When my ex took me to court again I ended up with the best Lawyer money can buy. I trusted him with my family, my most prized possessions...my children! He didn't disappoint.
