Total DISMISSAL of my criminal case!!!

I hired Mr Smith to help me. I am not rich, and I could only pay very little, but he took the case any way. Most attorneys would have been okay just getting a good deal, but he worked on the case until it was TOTALL DISMISSED. He understands timing, and how to schedule things for the benefit of hi...s clients. Answered all my phone calls, and walked me through what I needed to. I would definitely recommend.

Resolved a federal issue wonderfully!

I hired Greg on an extremely complex federal issue. He saw things other attorneys missed. What's so impressive is how soon all my calls got answered. He researched and talked to many people and got my case resolved in a way that thrilled me. Met me after hours, and even once at 6:30 AM at the V...illage Inn so would not have to miss work by coming into his office. Highly recommend.

Best Attorney Ever!!!

Greg Smith exhibits everything I was searching for in a lawyer, competence, thoroughness, responsiveness, upfront and ethical. Rest assured, you will be in the right hands. He came highly recommended through a close friend and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome of my case! He was very prof...essional and knowledgeable about my case and my options. He made himself available whether it was over the phone or before and after court with all my questions, concerns and fears. Greg did an excellent job representing and managing my case to a perfect outcome. He has the right blend of experience, knowledge, relationships, communications and enthusiasm. He really seems to enjoy his work and it shows. He was able to anticipate things before they happen so we were prepared and had all the answers. I would recommend him and would use him again without hesitation.

My Highest Recommendation

Greg Smith has represented me very well. When I met with Mr. Smith, I was depressed about my circumstances. I felt powerless to stand up to the other party in my case. Mr. Smith cared about me as a person. He reviewed my situation and he reassured me that I had options I had not yet considered, an...d he said we would not sit back on the defensive when the other party was clearly in the wrong. As a result of the strategy Mr. Smith pursued, my situation and outlook has vastly improved. Mr. Smith is an expert in the area of law concerning my case, and I have complete confidence in his knowledge and abilities. I give Mr. Smith my highest recommendation!

Would not recommend

I hired Greg Smith and his firm to represent me in a legal matter. Reading his online profile it seemed a reasonable decision based on the published reviews. During my representation by Greg Smith I experienced being belittled, vulgarly attacked, unprofessional representation, just to name a few conc...erns with the representation received. The price paid to Greg Smith was unfair for the unprofessional services rendered by Greg Smith and his firm. If you need professional legal services, please continue to look, there are several better choices in Utah. I hired Greg Smith and would not do so again and would never recommend his services to anyone.

We wish the best for this person. However, notice he failed to state 1) what he paid, 2) what his legal problem was, 3) how it was resolved, and 4) what better result he thinks he should have received. We are not going to go tit for tat with him, and again, we wish him the best. In every case we take, we do our best, but at times we fall short (and deserve some of the criticism we get, as is true of any business); however, we think this particular person is 100% unjustified in his 1-star attack. He also fails to state how many times we met, how many times we spoke on the phone, texted and emailed each other. I cannot and will not comment more about this. But, please, keep in mind, he has left out a TON of information. Again, we wish him the best.
