An Attorney who delivers results

As a middle aged man having spent over 20 years in a professional field, I've had to hire many Attorney's through the years. Working with Greg Smith, has been one of the better experiences I've had while navigating the complexity of the legal arena. I found him to be engaging, present, along with a m...astery understanding of the Law. Effective Legal Counsel

I recently found myself facing criminal charges brought on by a rather brief string of poor decision making on my part. After searching through various legal sites and reviewing offers from several lawyers, I opted to meet with and employ Greg Smith. Due to my own inexperience in legal matters, ...I had to rely pretty heavily on Greg and his associates to aid me in getting through the process, but they were well prepared and made the process simple. The lawyer Greg had appointed me to work with, Aaron, arrived and was exceptionally prepared and was able to meet with the prosecutor and judge in an extremely efficient manner. Ultimately, I was able to get a very good resolution to my case, with the lawyer Greg had appointed to my case helping me to reach the best deal possible with the prosecutor, getting most of the charges dropped and preventing any of them from appearing on my record. Its important to note that Greg is often very busy, but always makes time to reach out to his clients as long as you give him a reasonable timeframe to work with. Would definitely use his services again if necessary!

Saved me!

Greg and his team did a great job on my case. They helped me understand what my rights were (and what they were not). They were very realistic, very frank, and completely thorough. I shopped a number of number of attorneys before I found Greg, and I would select him again. It's never fun in life to n...eed an attorney, but when you do, believe me, you want Greg in your corner. I highly recommend Greg.

Honest, Affordable, and a Damn Good Attorney

I remember scheduling a consult with another attorney in Salt Lake to help me with my divorce. I brought a document with me to the consult for him to review, wanting to know if he could help me. He spent 10 minutes with me and wouldn't even handle or look at the document I brought until I had paid hi...m a $5,000 retainer. I didn't know if he could help me, or at what point my money would run out. I just knew he was going to charge me for every single minute. Greg Smith is the only attorney I've ever spoken to who trusted me from the beginning to make affordable payments for his representation. As a single mom, with no job at the time, I needed a good attorney that I could afford. I recommend Greg to everyone I meet.
