Isabel Cueva and her team are AMAZING!! Isabel did in 8 months what the first attorney my husband and I went to did NOT do in 5 years (of course everyone's situation and time-frame varies). We first met with Isabel on April 3, 2017 and applied for advanced parole by way of DACA so that I would be abl...e to leave the country and be granted parole back in to the US to obtain my legal entry. My advance parole was approved in June 2017 and my husband and I traveled to my birth country, Mexico, and came back within a week in July 2017. About 3 weeks to a month later Isabel and her team helped us file my adjustment of status to obtain my green card. I received my biometrics appointment in September 2017 and my permanent resident interview was sent to me just before Thanksgiving for December 12, 2017. Isabel prepped my husband and I for the interview. She informed us of all the documentation we would need to bring or should bring to the interview. The interview went very well and I was approved for my permanent residency (green card) on the spot. My green card arrived to my house about 2 weeks after my interview appointment. Needless to say, Isabel and her team are professional and extremely helpful and always answered our questions promptly. We don't live in Utah, but Isabel was very helpful and worked with us well via e-mails and over the phone when we couldn't make the drive to Utah to meet with her.
