I have only communicated with her firm through email, and have only been told that there doesn’t seem for my husband and I to have an elegible case; however, we have been told by several different immigration lawyers that there is a st...rong chance for both my husband and I to gain our permanent residency through various different ways. My husband is currently employed by local government and has a specific specialized certification that is very difficult to acquire and his employment position is a crucial position within the company that is very difficult to fill. I can’t imagine that this alone would not be a great reason to be eligible for some type of residency permit. They have been great to talk to and helpful to figure things out, but I do hope and wish that they would consider looking into our case a little more. It just seems that they have better/easier cases that they would rather work on. Maybe if we paid for her time, we may have a shot. They’re are extremely kind though. Well after consulting another immigration attorney, they were able to get my felony down to a misdemeano...r so it would not reflect negatively on immigration, so these might be good attorneys, but just make sure you don’t have any wrinkles in your situation or they will throw their hands up and walk away
