Mr. Knowlton is an attorney in the Lindon, Utah office of Invictus, working as corporate counsel to multi-national advertising and real estate businesses. Mr. Knowlton devotes the majority of his practice to federal and state regulatory compliance, corporate governance, government relations, employment law (representing management), commercial real estate law, intellectual property, and all aspects of dispute resolution – from initial demand to jury/bench disposition. He is also Chair of the Firm’s Ethics and Professionalism Committee, and a Member of the Firm’s Hiring Committee.
Mr. Knowlton is an active member, in good standing, of both the Utah State Bar and Arizona State Bar, and is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Courts and Federal Courts of Utah and Arizona, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also an active member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Electronic Retailing Association.
In 2014, Mr. Knowlton was selected in the Mountain States Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list in the Corporate Law category.
