Quinn Sperry graduated with honors from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. Quinn served as a Member and Associate Editor of the Utah Law Review and a Member of the school’s Negotiation Team. He was recognized as a William H. Leary Scholar and received the CALI Award in Bankruptcy Survey and Trial Advocacy. Utah Business magazine recognized Quinn as one of Utah’s "Legal Elite" attorneys in the area of real estate law. Quinn now serves on the Board of the Utah chapter of the Community Associations Institute.  Quinn is one of the founding members of Morris Sperry, the only Utah law firm focused exclusively on community association law.

Quinn brings tremendous depth in community association cases involving bankruptcy, including collection matters where owners file for bankruptcy relief.  He is responsible for the oversight of the collection practice at Morris Sperry and has entered appearances in over 200 bankruptcy cases. He is unmatched in his experience and ability to navigate the special rules and procedures applicable to collection matters involving bankruptcy cases.  Quinn's practice also includes all aspects of community association law including document rewrites, litigation, governance issues, and general advice.
