Represented widow of a WWII Veteran in an administrative appeal for VA Aid & Attendance Special Monthly Pension benefits. VA claimed that widow had never been married to veteran and therefore should be denied benefits. Case required that I get an order Nunc Pro Tunc for a divorce decree from over fifty years earlier in order to establish validity of marriage.
