Highly recommend Rich Pinol

I can’t recommend Rich P. highly enough as a child custody lawyer. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in protecting my child’s best interests. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered my questions clearly, and made an incredibly ...stressful situation feel manageable. Rich is strategic, prepared, and confident in the courtroom, but also compassionate and understanding as a person. I always felt heard, supported, and well-represented. Thanks to his dedication and hard work, I felt secure knowing my case was in the best possible hands. I received the best possible outcome thanks to Rich P. If you need a strong, trustworthy advocate for a custody matter, Rich P. is the lawyer you want on your side.

I was referred to Rich by another attorney here in Boise. Wow, they obviously knew what they were talking about when they referred me to him. Rich Is knowledgeable and confident in all areas of family law. And it shows as he is clearly in his element in a court room. I received the best possible... outcome and it is due to his hard work and knowledge of the law. I will be forever grateful to him. Thank you Rich!

Professional, Personable, and Competent.

Hardee, Piñol & Kracke PLLC was recommended to me by previous attorney that could not keep me as a client due to conflict of interest. I thought I had a decent attorney before, but you don't know that you have a great attorney until you've had bad one first. Rich, his team, and honestly the entire H...,P, & K office were the utmost professional. Other attorneys in the office helped my case when Rich happened to be sick or in trial that day. Rich and his team will reply to your email several times a day when you have questions, or will schedule a phone call with you, often the day of, to answer more complex questions. The most I wait for a response to a question was one business day. Litigation is often stressful, but Rich brought his common sense, knowledge, and empathy for the situation every meeting/ hearing. He is a very competent attorney. If he didn't know an answer to a question he would get back to you promptly. You hear a lot about attorneys being greedy and just dragging things out for money while people are hurting and needing resolve. In my opinion, the family court system is corrupt and unjust for father's just wanting the same time and rights as mothers. For too long, past generations of men gave up their rights to the mothers making it an uphill battle for fathers to have equal time and equal rights of their own children. Our constitutional rights of innocent until proven guilty does not apply in civil cases. It is in fact the opposite, guilty until proven innocent. In Idaho, men have an average of 24.1% custody of their children. If you are looking for equal rights and equal time with your children in Idaho, Rich is the attorney for you. He will work towards what you want and give you reasonable expectations of the outcome given your specific situation. Rich is in the family law business for the right reasons and he cares for his clients. He will not drain you of resources and time for something that is unobtainable in your situation. He will give you direction to do some of the easier work and research on your own saving you thousands in the end, or him and his team will do it all. If you listen to his directions and actually follow them, you will have a great shot at what he says he can do. Rich is full of common sense. He presses the hard questions and does not let them go unanswered. He's able to roll with the punch and the curve balls in the courtroom that a trial throws at you and him. He won a father (me) a modification case in court after only having the average 20% custody that so many fathers are stuck with. Even if Rich did not win my case, I would still be writing this review, because he is that incredible at what he does. I would have went home with confidence that he and I did everything we could within the system we were given to work in. He has to work within the corrupt family court system just like the rest of us and he does it well.

Thorough Persistent and Professional

Rich has been my second attorney in dealing with my ex husband and our custody issues. My first attorney was sub par so I knew what to look out for in good counsel representation. Rich was thorough, understanding and a “professional shark” in the courtroom. He fought hard for what was best for my chi...ldren and I couldn’t be more blessed to have been able to retain him for my family. He is a natural born leader in the courtroom and has my upmost respect. If you’re considering hiring counsel, do yourself a favor and call Rich Pinol

Professional, Knowledgeable, and Thorough

Rich and his team were excellent to work with. Rich is very knowledgeable about family law and did everything he could to advocate for me and my children to get the outcome we were happy with. Even though it was a small custody modification suit we were fighting, Rich took it seriously and I felt he ...genuinely cared about my case and did a great job representing us. His team was all very well organized and thorough, kept track of deadlines and didn’t let anything slip through the cracks. Rich was always available to answer any questions and his whole team was prompt to respond to emails. I highly recommend this team.
