I wanted a lawyer whom somebody I knew could recommend to me, but it didn't work out. I was referred to Rich by a lawyer who I didn't know, so I went in "cold" as it were, and I feel I really "lucked out" with Rich. He was professional, understanding, and efficient (as was his support staff). It ...was my 1st (and I hope only) divorce, and you really don't know what to expect. Rich was excellent at separating the wheat from the chaff, (I'm talking about what I thought was important, and what Rich knew was important). Every little thing I thought was important turned out pretty much not to be, and he saved me money by just sticking to the crucial areas. We had to be patient to get to the finish line with what I wanted, and Rich was the "man". I only realize this now that it is over. He had the right tact and experience to get us there. Like I said, I feel fortunate that I ended up with Rich, and in the end (and even during), I felt "that is why you hire a professional". I can truly say I was fortunate to end up in Rich Pinol's hands for what it is truly a negative experience (i.e. DIVORCE).

Rich was an amazing advocate for me during a very contentious guardianship case. The knowledge, attention to detail and tireless work that Rich put into my case was impressive. There were numerous documents and other pieces of evidence that Rich reviewed with me to build the best case. He spent long ...afternoons and even weekends going over this evidence and preparing for the various hearings that were happening in a short time frame. Rich was able to get an expedited trial set for me at the onset of the case which was fantastic but it also increased his workload, he took on this added pressure without hesitation. Rich and his team were compassionate in recognizing how sensitive and emotionally charged my case was. They were also very honest in what they relayed to me and the possible outcomes that could happen. My daughters and I were important to Rich and his team and the many hours that they put into my case resulted in the positive outcome.
