Rich Pinol represented me in a divorce case. My Ex wife didn't work and made a career out of filing motions, made false claims of adultery. Rich tried VERY hard to facilitate a settlement in an attempt to keep legal fees to a minimum. Rich's performance in court was phenomenal. His questions, res...ponses, and ability to think on the fly is amazing. Rich is very smart, and very quick. Not only that, Rich's personality makes him fun to interact with. I highly recommend Rich. Although I hope I don't have to, I'd use Rich for future legal needs. I can't say enough good things about him.

Richard (Rich) is very personable. Divorce is a hard and confusing time. I always felt that Rich listened to my concerns and questions. When he wasn't 100% sure on one of my questions, he would seek further guidance to make sure that I was answered correctly. Rich went out of his way several ...times to make sure I understood what was going on. I never felt like I couldn't ask for clarification. Rich has a way of getting down on your level and explaining things several ways until he feels confident that you understand. I always felt like Rich had my best interest at heart. When I wanted things to go different, he would give me his opinion and then allow me to choose what I felt was best for me.
