Rich was not the attorney I intended to have represent me in my divorce; however, I could not be happier with the great care he took over my case. Rich became my primary attorney for my divorce, as represented by Marcus, Christian, Hardee and Davies. My divorce, at first blush, seemed to be straight forward. However, like many things in life, complications arose soon after. What my spouse wanted through the divorce was not only unreasonable, bu...t not based on the law (the other side was asking for 80% of our entire estate). Rich then took on the job of educating opposing counsel by citing case law and our trial position, to which the other side conceded.
