My focus is working with solopreneurs, small businesses, and arts and entertainment professionals (filmmakers, music artists, actors, YouTubers, authors, etc.). My clients are unique so my approach to working with them is too. I offer flat-fee service packages/programs (including outside general counsel and strategic development officer programs) using a custom framework that places legal issues within the context of the client’s broader needs and goals. In short, I work with my clients to build, grow and protect resilient businesses/careers. My clients know the costs up front and never have avoid calling out of fear of racking up additional fees. In addition to being an attorney I am a certified life coach, small business owner, and creative professional (author, musician, media creator).
Other Background/Information:
In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, exercising, playing guitar, bass and drums, coaching soccer, watching movies and relaxing with a good book.
