Whatever a person's needs may be, my role is to help solve problems efficiently and effectively.

 • As General Counsel for various small, medium, and large businesses and non-profit organizations, I provide legal advice on a variety of topics including but not limited to: potential liability in conducting their busines;, mergers, acquisitions and transactions; corporate organization and management; policies and procedure manuals; and employment practices. In the last 2 years I have handled over $35 million worth of merger and acquisition transactions for several different clients.

• I litigate on behalf of individuals and companies in a variety of complex civil settings from contract and business disputes, real estate issue, shareholder litigation, and other complex civil cases.

• I provide services to insurance providers whether it be defense of claims of bad faith, coverage issues, or general third party defense of claims.

Kyle, Was very helpful. Not like other attorneys, that request a retainer, right up front before they will even talk to you. I called Kyle and explained what I needed him for. I don't think we even discussed a retainer until after the first few calls and E-mails . I felt like he cared for me and my case and wasn't all about the money.

He called me shortly after I sent an email. He was unable to help me but calling me showed me some insight to his character. Not only did he call me but he gave me the name of another attorney that might be able to help me and said if they couldn't to call him back. Very professional! Informative! I emailed Mr Ridgeway just this morning through the AVVO site with a brief explanation of what I was looking for. He called me within minutes of getting my email. He actually called and spoke with me. He apologized he wouldn't be able to take my case because of a conflict of interest but he provided me with the name of someone who might be able to help me. I was impressed! He was very professional yet personal. He told me to call him back if I needed anything else.

Kyle is part of a legal team that represented my son in a criminal matter since 2012 involving a full trial and appeal. He was instrumental in the preparation of the appeal which was won in 2014, in turn setting new state law precedence. He always has sincere concern for my son, and keeps me informed on what is going on with the new case. His work ethics are far above expectations. I was referred to Kyle's firm by an attorney in Sheridan, Wyoming. Kyle worked with me to resolve a legal matter I had with a contractor in Casper. Kyle was very professional. He called me personally or sent emails to keep me informed regarding the legal dispute. His invoices were detailed and accurate. Kyle was able to assist me in getting the my downpayment refunded and the civil suit settled without going to court. Kyle went above and beyond in his efforts to assist me with this case. Kyle assisted my wife and I with development of a business operating agreement. He demonstrated to be very knowledgeable and was conscientious to carefully educate and guide us through the process.
