• As General Counsel for various small, medium, and large businesses and non-profit organizations, I provide legal advice on a variety of topics including but not limited to: potential liability in conducting their busines;, mergers, acquisitions and transactions; corporate organization and management; policies and procedure manuals; and employment practices. In the last 2 years I have handled over $35 million worth of merger and acquisition transactions for several different clients.
• I litigate on behalf of individuals and companies in a variety of complex civil settings from contract and business disputes, real estate issue, shareholder litigation, and other complex civil cases.
• I provide services to insurance providers whether it be defense of claims of bad faith, coverage issues, or general third party defense of claims.
