Hired Tim to persue a disability claim with the VA. Although the DAV had given up on the claim he thought there was a semblance of hope. He never once promised that he or his firm could produce miracles but was always straight forward and realistic with expectations. Here we are, 4 years later, at th...e end of a successful appeal. So my advice to other vets is this: although the DAV was helpful they were limited due the nature of the bureaucracy; if you want an experienced professional that will provide focus and knowledge to your case, call Tim, he is worth it.

Tim did a great job. I always got prompt replies to my calls and emails. He was good at explaining the issues with my case. My initial claim was denied and an appeal was filed immediately.
