I was horrified to be falsely accused of assault by a woman who was long obsessed with me. Ted was a godsend, and called every aspect of the case from start to finish. He explained that I must be prepared to go to trial even though the evidence quickly piled up to show my innocence, and that the DA... would not look at it until just before trial. Correct-- it was dismissed right before trial once the DA began to look at phone records and realized how ridiculous were the claims of this alleged victim. Nevertheless, he had prepared for every hearing and had all the evidence and arguments fully prepared even though he thought dismissal likely. He called correctly the decisions of all the players from police, to DA to judges. One of the best and most valued traits he brought to this long process was GREAT communication; he answered my calls and texts and helped allay my fears during this life-altering process.
