About me

My professional resume is shown below.  Our firm is dedicated to estate planning, trusts and estates, probate and elder law issues.  We're the only law firm in Colorado with all attorneys being Certified Elder Law Attorneys by the National Elder Law Foundation.  We believe in client oriented representation, and remaining a small enough law firm that the client receives personal attention, while at the same time receiving national level representation.

Mr. Kirtland is an exemplary attorney that I would not hesitate to refer to anyone and everyone. He provides excellent and informed answers here on Avvo. I have been a judge, magistrate, prosecutor, law professor, and private attorney over the past 24 years and I still regularly learn new aspects about the law from his answers.
